1. Job Title/Designation: परियोजना प्रबंधक -eNam-New Delhi

2. Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual

3. Job Description: 

i) The ideal candidate should have 8- 10 years’ अनुभव in Agribusiness sector including familiarity with project/contract management, bid process management. She/he should have अनुभव in management High value/ National Level Projects/Program. She/he should have thorough understanding of mandi operations, agriculture commodity management (quality, procurement, trading etc).

ii) He will be part of a dynamic, world-class organization that will enable him to learn, collaborate, and contribute with the top minds in the eGovernance space. He will build and foster strategic relationships Secretary/Joint Secretary/Director levels executives in their respective ministries and will be at the forefront of their eGovernance transformations

a) Assist in overall support and coordination for the implementation of the e-NAM project under the supervision of Team Leader

b) Assist in co-ordination with NAM Strategic Partner on all issues, as well as identifying the technical support needs of the states and mandis for the integration with e-NAM.

c) Assist in scrutiny of reports, DPRs, preparation of replies of RTI, Parliament queries & grievances etc.

d) Assist to provide input for project management, documentation, market analysis, technical parameters and training etc.

e) Assist in periodic review and monitoring the progress of the implementation of e-NAM project

f) Assist in integrating key stakeholders of eNAM and enlarging the ecosystem for increased use of eNAM portal by Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO), Processors, Traders, Exporters, etc.

g) Assist in identification of constraints and hurdles in NAM implementation, suggest remedial measures, identify technical partners and service providers

h) Assist in processing the payments of Strategic Partner and Transaction Advisor as per the laid down guidelines with respect to SLA’s.

i) Assist in printing of publicity material

j) Assist in carrying out any other responsibility assigned by the SFAC from time to time.

4. Qualifications

a) A Bachelor’s degree / Postgraduate in Agriculture is required along with MBA

b) Proficient in content writing and report analysis.

c) Proven ability to lead, build trust and be highly credible across levels in the assigned ministries

d) Professional with agricultural background having exposure to Mandi operations and agricultural commodities trading will be an added advantage.

5. Capabilities & Behaviors Required:

a) Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment

b) Willingness to work flexible hours, non-business hours, or other scenarios required by the flow of operations

c) Highly proficient with Microsoft or Google applications including Excel, Word, &PowerPoint. Exposure to usage of a CRM system, as an end user, will be an advantage.

d) Belief & ability that can contribute to the betterment of society using IT or Digital technologies

e) Demonstrated ability to work well in ambiguous situations, manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
