शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.A, M.Sc, M.E/M.Tech

National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM) invites proposals for engagement of सलाहकारs for “Documentation of Chemical Disasters” on the following terms and conditions:

1. Post Name: सलाहकार

2. No. of Post: 01

3. Scope of work: The work for “Documentation of Chemical Disasters” includes Desk Research, Field Visit (if required) to the study area/site, Coordination and collection if information from the line departments, Compilation of data and analysis, Report making and any other related activity required for developing the document.

4. Essential Qualifications/अनुभव:

(i) Masters Degree in Social Sciences/ Geography/ GIS/ Geometrics/ Environmental/ Earth Science/ Engineering/ Disaster Management / Hydrology / Hydrogeology or allied subjects with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade; and

(ii) Minimum 10 years of अनुभव of relevant field.

5. Duties & Responsibilities:

(i) Study/review of related documents/plans/data collected from various sources for the purpose

(ii) To lead academic activities/functions for the preparation of case study on Chemical Disasters and Lesson learnt from it from 2011- 2021.

(iii) Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.

(iv) Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.

(v) Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.

(vi) Direct structured learning अनुभवs and monitor their quality results.

(vii) Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.

(viii) Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.

(ix) Stay abreast of the new trends, tools and include in case study.

(x) Any other task assigned by the Executive Director, NIDM or Head

6. Desirable Qualifications/अनुभव: In-depth knowledge and professional अनुभव of developing case studies. Knowledge of editing and finalizing of case studies and success stories. Knowledge and अनुभव in writing, conducting case study research. Proven ability to master the full training cycle. Adequate knowledge of learning management software. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.

7. The सलाहकार shall be paid fixed amount of Rs. 1,25,000/-

राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन संस्थान का गठन संसद के अधिनीयम के अन्तगर्त भारत और अन्य क्षेत्र में क्षमता विकास के लिये एक प्रमुख संस्थान के रूप में अपनी भूमिका निभाने के उद्देश्य के साथ किया गया है | इस दिशा में प्रथम प्रयास सन 1995 में राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन केंद्र के गठन के साथ आरम्भ हुआ जो आगे चल कर अपने नये नाम राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन संस्थान के रूप में प्रशिक्षण एवं क्षमता विकास के लिए विकसित हुआ | आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन संस्थान को आपदा प्रबंधन के क्षेत्र में मानव संसाधन विकास, क्षमता निर्माण, प्रशिक्षण, अनुसंधान, अभिलेखन एवं नीतिगत पैरवी के लिए नोडल एजेंसी के रूप मे जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गयी है |

राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन संस्थान ने आपदा जोखिम न्यूनीकरण को राष्ट्रीय एजेंडा में आगे लाने के लिए राष्ट्रीय केन्द्र और राष्ट्रीय संस्थान, दोनों ही रूपों में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका का निर्वहन किया है | हमारा यह विश्वास है कि आपदा जोखिम में कमी तभी संभव है जब हम सभी हितधारकों को शामिल करते हुए रोकथाम की संस्कृति को बढ़ावा दें | हम विभिन्न मंत्रालयों, केंद्र, राज्य व स्थानीय सरकार के विभागों, शैक्षणिक, अनुसन्धान व तकनीकी संगठनों के साथ भारत एवं भारत के बाहर दिपक्षीय व बहुपक्षीय अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय एजेंसी के साथ रणनीतिक साझेदारी के माध्यम से काम करते हैं |
