चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. Applicants applying for more than one post should submit separate applications
2. Selection of candidates for appointment to the above mentioned positions will be based on the performance of the candidates in the interview and as found eligible as per prescribed criteria
3. The selected candidates will be offered appointment on contract basis for a period of one year initially, which may be extended depending upon the performance of the candidate and requirement of NIELIT.
4. Candidates will not be entitled to claim any TA/DA for appearing in Walk-in Interview.
5. The qualification of the candidates must be from recognized University/Institution.
6. Selected candidates will not be paid any other financial benefits like Medical, HRA and Transport etc. except consolidated वेतन.
7. NIELIT Leh reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel this engagement process at any time without any notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
8. Canvassing/trying to influence NIELIT employees to secure the job in any manner shall disqualify the candidate.
9. NIELIT Leh has the right to accept or reject the application without assigning any reason thereof.
10. NIELIT reserves right to conduct written test or skill test for screening of the candidates before interview, if felt| necessary.

इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के अन्तर्गत राष्ट्रीय इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (नाइलिट), (पूर्वतन डीओईएसीसी सोसायटी) की स्थापना सूचना, इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी एवं संचार प्रौद्योगिकी (आईईसीटी) तथा संबद्ध क्षेत्रों में मानव संसाधन के विकास से संबंधित कार्यकलापों के लिए की गई थी। नाइलिट आईईसीटी के क्षेत्र में औपचारिक तथा अनौपचारिक दोनों ही प्रकार के शिक्षण के कार्य कर रही है और साथ ही अद्यतन तकनीकी जानकारी के क्षेत्रों में उद्योग उन्मुखी शिक्षण एवं प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों का भी विकास करती है। नाइलिट ने आईईसीटी के क्षेत्र में परीक्षा एवं प्रमाणन के लिए देश का अग्रणी संस्थान बनने के लिए मानक स्थापित करने का प्रयास किया है। यह भारत का एक राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा निकाय भी है, जो अनौपचारिक क्षेत्र में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के पाठ्यक्रम चलाने के लिए संस्थानों/संगठनों को प्रत्यायित करती है।
