शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): MBBS, M.Sc

The following post is to be filled up on purely temporary basis on consolidated वेतन (as per NAcO guidelines) under the NACO funded ad-hoc research project entitled "Pattern of assistance for Apex, NRLs and SRLs under the External Quality Assessment Scheme (EQAS) of NACO" under Dr. Shanta Dutta, Director and P.I. of the project.

3. Essential Qualification: Medical Graduate from a recognized University with two years laboratory अनुभव from a recognized institution. Or M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology/Biotechnology/Lite Sciences with Minimum 2 years' अनुभव in Medical Microbiological/ Immunological laboratory techniques.

4. Desirable: Candidates with अनुभव in quality assurance will be preferred.

5. Monthly Consolidated emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- (fixed) (as per NACO guidelines)

NICED conducts research on acute diarrhoeal diseases of diverse etiologies as well as on typhoid fever, infective hepatitis and HIV/AIDS related epidemiological research and screening. Aims of this Institute are to conduct research on these diseases in both basic and applied aspects. The Institute also trains health professionals for better management and prevention of diarrhoeal diseases and for rapid and correct diagnosis of the etiological agents.

Vision :

The vision, of the National Institute of Cholera and Enteric Diseases (NICED), is to perform research and develop strategies for treatment, prevention and control of enteric infections and HIV/AIDS threatening the Nation’s health.
