Subject: Filling up of the Post of कुलसचिव, राष्ट्रीय कंपनी कानून न्यायाधिकरण (एनसीएलटी) (NCLT), New Delhi on deputation basis. 1. Post Name : कुलसचिव 2. No Of Post : 01 3. Level in the pay matrix : Level-14 ( Rs 144200-218200) 4. The period of appointment will be initially for a period of three years and will be governed by terms and conditions prescribed by the Department Personnel and Training (DOPT). Government of India in this regard as amended from time to time. 5. Eligibility Criteria, educational qualification/अनुभव etc. required as per भर्ती Rules for the post : Officers of the Governments the or or Central State Union Territories or Courts or Tribunals or statutory organisations or State/Higher Judicial Service; (a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) a post in Leyel- 13A in Pay Matrix of the Seventh Central Pav Commission or equivalent with two years' regular service in the Grade; or (iii) a post in Level-13 in Pay Matrix of Seventh Central Pav Commission or equivalent with three years' regular service in the Grade. and (b) Possessing the follow mg essential educational qualification and अनुभव: (i) Degree in Law fronl a recognised University: and (ii) अनुभव in personnel and administrative matters.

Application in the prescribed proforma (Annex-II) complete in all respect along with certificates of educational qualifications (self-attested copies), certificates attached to the application from the employer/head of office/forwarding authority, vigilance clearance and certified copies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years may be sent to the following address;

पहले चरण में कंपनी मामलों के मंत्रालय ग्यारह न्यायपीठों, नई दिल्ली में एक प्रमुख पीठ और नई दिल्ली, अहमदाबाद, इलाहाबाद, बेंगलुरू, चंडीगढ़, चेन्नई, Guahati, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता और मुंबई में एक-एक क्षेत्रीय पीठों की स्थापना की है। इन बेंच विभिन्न स्थानों पर राष्ट्रपति और 16 न्यायिक सदस्यों और 09 तकनीकी सदस्यों की अध्यक्षता में किया जाएगा।राष्ट्रीय कंपनी कानून न्यायाधिकरण पता
