5. Mandatory अनुभव as on 31.12.2021: 7 years of post-qualification अनुभव of working in the Human Resource Department of a Bank/ FIs out of which minimum 2 years of अनुभव should be of having worked as Senior Manager/ Grade III or equivalent in the Human Resource Department of a Bank/ Financial Institution.

 

1. Name of the Post: Associate Vice President - Planning Department

2. No of Vacancies: 01

4. Educational Qualification as on 31.12.2021: Full time/ Regular degree of MBA (Finance) or MA (Economics) or MA (Statistics) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University or AICTE approved Institute and Proficiency of working in Excel.

5. Mandatory अनुभव as on 31.12.2021: 6 years of post-qualification अनुभव of working in the Operations, Credit Department in a Bank/ FIs/ NBFCs out of which minimum 2 years of अनुभव should be of having worked as Senior Manager/ Grade III or equivalent in the Planning Department of a Bank/ Financial Institution. The candidate having worked as economist in a Bank/ FI will be given preference.

5. Mandatory अनुभव as on 31.12.2021: 7 years of post-qualification अनुभव of working in the Treasury/ Investment Department of a Bank/ FIs/ NBFCs out of which minimum 2 years of अनुभव should be of having worked as Senior Manager/ Grade III or equivalent in the Treasury/ Investment Department of a Bank/ FI/ NBFC.

4. Educational Qualification as on 31.12.2021: Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized University and MBA (Marketing) from a recognized University/Institute or Full time 2 years PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing.

5. Mandatory अनुभव as on 31.12.2021: Minimum 4 years’ अनुभव in the field of Marketing/ Third Party Products in a Bank/ Insurance Company or other Financial Institutions of which 2 years of अनुभव should be of having worked as Officer/ Grade I or equivalent in the Marketing Department of a Bank/ FI/ Insurance Company.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): 30 - 48 years

Selection Procedure

(i) The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview however, Bank may also conduct written examination of the applicants to shortlist the candidates for Personal Interview, depending upon the number of applications. Mere fulfilling minimum qualification, अनुभव and other eligibility criteria will not vest any right in candidate for being called for Personal Interview.

(ii) The Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The initiation of shortlisting and Personal Interview will be made on the registered Email IDs of the candidates.

(iii) Merit list of selected candidates will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate score the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit. The marks obtained in the written examination will also be reckoned for arriving at the final merit list (only if a written test is conducted by the Bank).

(iv) The candidates finally selected will be intimated/ informed through email on their registered email IDs

आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. Candidates should have valid email ID which should be kept active till the declaration of result. It will help them in getting call letter/Interview advices etc. through email.

2. The application, enclosing all prescribed documents should reach the Bank’s Head Office on or before February 7 , 2022 at the address mentioned (refer guidelines for filling the application) in the sealed envelope which should be superscripted “Application for the post of ” (Mention name of the post applied for) only through registered/ speed post. The Bank takes no responsibility for any delay in receipt or loss of application/s in postal transit.
