Educational Qualification: Degree in Law of recognized University with minimum 50% Marks. 5. अनुभव: Minimum 07 years’ अनुभव as an Advocate. Out of total 07 years’ अनुभव, minimum 03 years’ अनुभव of actual practice / litigation in High Court as an Advocate Or a serving/ retired District Judge and its equivalent. 6. Desirable: First Class in Degree of Law. Masters Degree in Business Law or Business related equivalent 7. Employment Advertisement No. 08/2022

Selection Procedure
1 Normally Personal Interview will be conducted for selection. However, which selection process is to be adopted will be at the absolute discretion of the Company and the decision of the Company in this regard shall be final.
2 The application received till 20.07.2022 will only be considered. The candidates who are eligible shall be called for Personal Interview.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1 Application must be submitted in the Proforma given at the end of this advertisement, in same order preferably typewritten on fullscape paper. All items of the application should be filled in properly.
2 The envelope containing duly filled in and signed application, DD and copies of testimonials should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Chief Legal Advisor against Advertisement No. 08/2022”
3 Application duly filled in & signed, Original Demand Draft and attested copies of certificates in support of age, qualifications, Post Qualification अनुभव specifically showing date of joining and relief, posts held, etc. should be sent / submitted well in advance to “The Chief General Manager (HR), Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd, Prakashganga, E-Block, Plot No, C-19, 7th floor, HR Department, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai-400051” to reach on or before 20.07.2022.
4 The candidates are advised to keep one set (photocopy) of all the documents (including copy of application form, DD) with them as a proof.
5 Applications received after due date (for whatsoever reason) shall not be entertained. The Company is not responsible for postal delay or non-receipt of application within stipulated time. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
6 Incomplete application, application without signature, photograph & without Original Demand Draft are liable to be summarily rejected. The duly selfattested copies of certificates should be submitted.

महाराष्ट्रात मुंबई वगळता राज्यातील वीज निर्मिती, पारेषण व वितरण करण्याचे काम 2005 पूर्वी महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत मंडळाकडे होते. 2003 मध्ये विद्युत अधिनियम अस्तित्वात आल्यानंतर राज्य विद्युत मंडळाची पुनर्रचना होऊन दि. 06 जून 2005 रोजी महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत वितरण कंपनी मर्यादित (महावितरण), महाराष्ट्र राज्य वीज निर्मिती कंपनी मर्यादित (महानिर्मिती) व महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनी मर्यादित (महापारेषण) या तीन कंपन्या अस्तित्वात आल्या. यापौकी राज्यभरातील ग्राहकांपर्यंत वीज पोहचविण्याचे काम महावितरण कंपनीकडून केले जाते.
