शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Essential Qualification for Assistant Medical Superintendent: (i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. holders of educational qualifications included in Part - II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section l3 of the IMC Act, 1956 and (ii) Post Graduate degree in any medical specialty. Essential अनुभव: 3 years अनुभव in the specialty after PG Degree. Desirable: (i) अनुभव in Hospital Administration. (ii) PG degree holder in Psychiatry.

Essential Qualification for Accountant: (i) Graduate in Commerce (ii) Possessing two years अनुभव of in handling and maintenance of account work and undergone successful training in cash and accounts work in ISTM or have passed Subordinate Accounts Service examination.
