Professionals with MD or PhD in a relevant subject and published papers.

Good communication skills - Scientific writing as evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals.

Literature review using references manager, data handling, analysis, interpretation, report writing.

अनुभव with qualitative research.

अनुभव in advanced statistics and modelling techniques, data management.

Working knowledge of statistical software including SPSS/Stata/R.
