Skills / Eligibility

Applications are invited from highly motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Project Assistant to study “Design and development of Phase Change material assisted Greenhouse Solar dryer for walnut drying’’. The research will examine the performance efficiency of the hybrid solar dryer and quality characterization of the walnuts on drying. The details and requirements for this position are given below:

1. Post Name: Project Assistant

2. Qualification Essential: BE/ B Tech in Food Technology. Food Processing Technology, Food Process Engineering.

3. Desirable: MSc/ M Tech in Food Technology. Food Processing Technology, Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Process and Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology.

4. Consolidated Emoluments Rs 10,000/month

5. Status of the Job Temporary initially for 01 year extendable up to 02 years after due evaluation of the progress made in the first year.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. Interested candidates are requested to send their recent CV via e-mail to [email protected]/[email protected] with the subject marked as “Application for PA position”.

2. The last date for the submission of the CV is 31- 12-2021. List of eligible candidates to be called for interview shall be available on university website on 03/01/2022. Interview of the eligible candidates will be held on 05-01-2022 at 10 AM in the Office of the HoD Food Technology, IUST, Awantipora. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
