VACANCY NOTICE NO. 2022/IRCON/FINANCE-02
1. Title & No. of posts : कार्यकारी निदेशक/ Finance – 01 Post
2. Location : Corporate Office, Delhi
3. Duration : 3 years from the date of appointment which can be further extended upto 5 years.
4. Terms of appointment : Deputation basis
5. Scale of pay : ED (E-9) level Rs.144200-2182000/- (CDA) (Pay matrix level 14) Parent Cadre Pay + Deputation Allowance + special charge allowance of Rs.2000/- per month
6. Perks/Benefits : Perks/ Benefits:
a) Expert Professional Allowance – 15% of the actual Basic pay per month.
b) Medical Allowance (outdoor) – 4% of the Basic pay per month.
c) Reimbursement of Entertainment expenses – Rs.6000/- per month.
d) Reimbursement of expenses (As per minimum wages laid down for unskilled workers, as per respective State Govt. depending on place of posting of deputationist).
e) Lease/HRA/Option of retention of accommodation provided by Railways Railway's policy for retaining family at previous place of posting or at Delhi/ Asiad Village.
f) Deputation allowance, Transport allowance, Reimbursement for mobile and landline phone etc. For further details on perks & allowances, please see the attachment.
7. Qualification/अनुभव :
a) IRAS Officer working in SAG scale with minimum 4 years service in SAG with अनुभव in Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Internal Audit and Exchequer control. Officer should be well versed in finalization of accounts in computerized environment.
b) Officers with additional अनुभव in construction project management services/ infrastructure sector will be preferred.
c) Officer must have secured an overall grade of "Outstanding" in not less than any "3 out of 5" preceding Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) / Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APARs) and of the remaining two ACRs / APARs, the candidate should not have had a grading of less than "Very Good".
d) The number of years of अनुभव and nature of अनुभव of the officer in the specific area as per requirement will be taken into consideration.
e) Officer should have good communication skills.
f) Overall, an officer with a good mix of all of the above shall be preferred for selection.

Selection Procedure
1. Selection will be Based on Deputation Basis.
2. Candidates will be required to give a power point presentation to the Selection Committee to gauge his/her ability, vision, financial skills and strategies for taking the Company forward.
