2. Job Description:

a. Manage the affairs of the Office of Director Provide Secretarial support to Director Maintain daily schedule of the Director Arrange and coordinate meetings of the Director

b. Manage schedules and appointments, monitor and respond to emails Manage public relations of the Director Preparation of all correspondences and other confidential documents as requested by the Director from time to time

c. Coordinate flow of information both internally and externally as per directives of the Director Making logistical arrangements, including travel for the Director.

d. Plan meetings, send invitations, draft presentations and take notes and minutes of the meeting Respond accurately and efficiently to all enquiries received by the Director’s office Liaison efficiently with internal and external contacts and agencies

e. Assist in preparation of all travel itineraries and coordinate for all arrangements and documentation for domestic and international travel Maintain and process all official claims of the Director Manage Board Room conferences and bookings Execute any other work assigned by the Director 

3. Qualifications, अनुभव and Skills needed:

a. Any graduate from recognized university

b. Minimum 10 years of अनुभव with hands on अनुभव in drafting documents and presentations

c. Secretarial अनुभव (preferred)

d. Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi

e. Working knowledge of short hand

f. Ability to use standard software packages like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365 etc

g. Candidates with prior अनुभव in universities / colleges with good knowledge on the functioning of Higher Education Institutions will be preferred.

4. Pay and Allowances: As per norms of the institute
