3. Project Title: Development of bioactive-enriched millet based functional beverages

4. Qualifications: B.Tech/M.Tech. (Food Engineering and Technology)

5. Fellowship: Rs. 20,000/- per month (Consolidated)

6. Duration of the Project: 6 Months

7. The अनुसंधान सहायक will be appointed initially for 6 months and the tenure may be extended based on performance for the subsequent period. All appointments are terminated with end of the project.

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidate will be based on an interview conducted by a committee. The date and time of the interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates by email. The recommendation of the committee will be final. No TA/DA will be provided to appear for this interview.

संस्थान रासायनिक प्रौद्योगिकी (ICT), पूर्व में रासायनिक प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय विभाग (UDCT) के एक प्रमुख रासायनिक प्रौद्योगिकी अनुसंधान मुंबई, महाराष्ट्र, भारत में स्थित संस्थान है। यह केमिकल इंजीनियरिंग, रसायन, प्रौद्योगिकी और फार्मेसी की विभिन्न शाखाओं में प्रशिक्षण और अनुसंधान पर केंद्रित है। यह 1933 में स्थापित किया गया था और 2008 में डीम्ड विश्वविद्यालय का दर्जा दिया गया है, यह केवल राज्य वित्त पोषित भारत में डीम्ड विश्वविद्यालय बना रही है।
