भारतीय सांख्यिकी संस्थान, Kolkata is inviting applications for the recruitment of one (01) Project linked Postdoctoral Fellow on a purely temporary basis to work on the project titled "A1-guided systematic intervention and prediction of progression in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy" funded by Google, in the Ccntrc for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Leaming (CAIML) of the Institute, Kolkata. The candidate is expected to carry out fundamental research in developing theories and applications of Machine Learning

3. Qualifications Essential: Ph.D. degree in the areas related to Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Information Technology. The candidate must have 60% marks or equivalent grades throughout from 10th standard onwards.

4. Pay (Rupees sixty thousand only) per month (consolidated with no other allowances).

5. Tenure of appointment The appointment will initially be for six months from the date of joining in the Institute, which may be extended later/ terminated garlic, depending on availability of funds and performance of the candidates.
