IIT (ISM), Dhanbad invites applications from Indian nationals for the post of Chief of Medical Services (Unreserved).

3. Scale of Pay Pay Level – 14 Plus Non Practicing Allowance

4. Educational:

i) M.D. or M.S. Degree in a clinical discipline with an outstanding educational background with at least 15 years professional अनुभव, out of which 07 years in the Grade Pay of Rs. 8700/- (Pay Level – 13) or equivalent.

ii) Administrative अनुभव in the capacity of being in-charge of an Institute / Research Organization / Industrial - township hospital which would be serving at least 5000 beneficiaries.

5. Desirable: P.G. Degree /Diploma in Hospital Administration

6. Period of probation, if any One Year

Selection Procedure

1. A preliminary shortlisting of the candidates shall be made on the basis of essential qualifications and अनुभव mentioned in the advertisement.

2. In case the number of such shortlisted candidates is more than 5(five), the Selection Committee reserves the right to assess the suitability of the shortlisted candidates on the basis of their educational qualification and अनुभव (essential and desirable) as provided in/with the application from, make a final shortlisting to call only a reasonable number of candidates for presentation and interview.

3. The final Selection shall be made on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the presentation and Interview

4. The Institute reserves its right to place areas on able limit on the total number of candidates to be called for selection process.

5. Fulfillment of qualifications per-se does not entitle a candidate to be called for selection process.
