शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): B.Tech/B.E, MBA/PGDM

Applications are invited for the temporary post of Technology Transfer Manager for the project titled “IP Cell Account” in the Centre for IC&SR, IIT Madras.

i. Co-ordinator: Dean IC&SR, Centre for IC&SR, IIT Madras.

2. Duration: Initially for one year, extendable based on performance.

3. Post Name: Technology Transfer Manager

4. Qualification and अनुभव:

Any engineering degree, preferably with MBA in marketing Significant 4 years of work अनुभव in (B2B) or business development. Additional अनुभव with technology transfer, patent licensing, or related research or commercial academic environment.

5. Pay Scale: Rs. 65,000 – 1,00,000 per month (depending on skill level and अनुभव)

7. Requirements:

i. The ability to grasp challenging technical concepts quickly from a wide range of technology areas. अनुभव of working effectively with stakeholders, confidently influencing them and where appropriate showing tenacity and persistence

ii. Excellent interpersonal and negotiations skill, problem-solving and collaboration, relationship management, and team working skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. A passion for innovation, entrepreneurship and enterprise.

iii. Working successfully and collaboratively within a team. Managing a portfolio of technologies within a process-driven environment to successful commercial outcomes
