Applications are invited for the position “परियोजना कार्यकारी अधिकारी” for “Industrial & Management Engineering (IME)”

1. Position: परियोजना कार्यकारी अधिकारी

2. Qualifications & अनुभव Essential: Master degree + 14 years of relevant अनुभव

3. Desirable Qualification and अनुभव:

Candidate with first class Master's Degree in Management will be preferred.
Knowledge of designing softwares like Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop for designing the posters, booklets, newsletters, banners etc. for the various events.
Able to coordinate with students/staff/faculty for courses and liasioning work with other Institutes of repute.
Able to facilitate the paperwork related to admission process in the department.
Knowledge of office procedures, maintenance of office Records, administration, and purchase procedures
अनुभव in the handling of project related works i.e., project purchases as per GFR-2017

4. Job Profile:

Managing the office including correspondence with the students, boarding, lodging and other logistic arrangements
Maintaining and managing the accounts and the stocks.
Maintaining the students’ records and coordinating in the matters related to students with the offices of DOAA, DORD, Halls of Residence, Health Centre, Labs. Etc. and coordinating also with other Reputed Institutes.
Managing in the Department Admission process.
Coordinate with faculty and reputed institutes for conduct interview and exam.
Arranging the Office Meetings, भर्ती and interviews.
Coordinate with faculty and students for conducting classes’ offline or online mode.
Coordinate with faculty, and staff to conduct workshops.
