Skills / Eligibility

Applications are invited for one post of Manager cum Secretary cum Project Associate-II in Central Pollution Control Board-MoEFCC sponsored Project entitled "Creation of Secretariat at IIT, Kanpur for National Knowledge Network (NKN) to support National Clean air Programme (NCAP) activities” This Post is purely temporary and contractual basis.

1. Name of the Post: Manager cum Secretary cum Project Associate-II

2. Number of Positions: 1 (one)

3. Qualifications & Essential अनुभव:

a) Master’s Degree in Environmental Science/Atmospheric Science/Physics/Chemistry/ or bachelors ‘degree in Engineering or Technology from recognized University or equivalent: and

b) Two year’s अनुभव in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organization and Scientific activities and services.

4. Desirable:

a) Excellent command over English Language and good communication skills

b) Knowledge of organizing seminars on intellectual property for clients and public. Brochure/Banner preparation, Organizing Industry meets, Seminars and Presentation.

c) Ability to upload documents on different database in a timely manner. Computer proficiency and Good record/file management skills.

d) Maintenance of office records, Secretarial work, Computer work, Patent filing work, documentation and any other office work allotted by supervisor.

e) Good Knowledge on Air Pollution and Climate Change studies

5. Duration: Initially for one year and extendable on the basis of performance.

6. वेतन: In the range Rs. 35000/- per month (Consolidated) + 16% HRA as per institute norms.

7. The department reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualifications and अनुभव. The selection will be based on online interview. Short listed candidates will be informed with an email about the date of interview.
