IIT Kanpur invites online applications from Indian Nationals including Persons of Indian Origins (PIOs) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) for appointment on temporary & contractual basis for a maximum period of five years, for the following posts at the Institutes:

5. Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. in Management and/or Related Discipline with 15 years of relevant अनुभव OR M.Tech. or M.Sc. or MBAwith 18 years of relevant अनुभव

6. Desirable: Post Doctoral qualification from a reputed institution would be a plus with international exposure Excellent research capabilities with a good publication recordin top tier managementjournals अनुभव in teaching and handling research assignments with good computer skills and proficiency in terms of statistical and other software Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Hindi &English, proficiency in other languages

a. would be a plus Suitable अनुभव in handling research and research related administrative activities in an academic/research institution. अनुभव in developing, industry liaison and collaboration with external funding agencies Development of project proposals and management of documentation for external collaborations अनुभव in handling other Management related administrative and research activities

7. Job Specification: Responsible both research and academic administrative responsibilities Interact regularly with Students and Faculty in general but particularly IME faculty, PhD students & Post Doctoral Fellows in all our programs Support any other departmental and outreach activities including but not limited to conferences, workshops etc as assigned by the HoD from time to time Support developing external collaborations for research and academic activities, writing project proposals and liaising with the funding agencies and other institutions
