3. Job Description: The Fundraising प्रबंधक will be responsible for building out the fundraising function at the incubator to grow the scale and impact of our programs. The position reports to the General प्रबंधक of the incubator. The job description is as follows:

4. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, or similar. A Master’s Degree will be advantageous. Minimum 8 years of work अनुभव, out of which about 40-50% should be in fundraising/corporate expansion/business development Result oriented and target driven professional Domain knowledge of one or more technology sectors and impact areas such as Climate Change, Waste Management, Healthcare, and Agritech

5. Desired Skills/Traits: Understanding ot incubator operations and knowledge ot startup ecosystems. Demonstrated expertise and proven अनुभव in fundraising for non-profits, venture funds Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a small dynamic team Strong sense of ownership for the quality of work, deliverables, and outcomes.

a. Administrative and managerial skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or compatible applications, collaborative Apps (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google docs/sheets), and audio and video conferencing tools. Excellent communication skills written and oral (English) Good negotiation and presentation skills Ability to plan and execute small-medium size events Should be willing to travel as required Should be able to perform other duties and tasks, consistent with the skills and expertise, as required in non-routine circumstances.

6. Remuneration and Accommodation: Compensation will range between INR 75000-INR 85000 per month based on relevant अनुभव and suitability/fit. Suitable hostel accommodation on campus may be provided to the outstation candidates based on availability and paid basis.

भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान मण्डी मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा स्थापित संस्थान है। संस्थान का पहला सत्र सन २००९ में शरू हुआ। संस्थान हिमाचल प्रदेश के मण्डी जिले में स्थित है। संस्थान अभी अस्थाई कैम्पस में चल रहा है। सन २०१२ तक संस्थान अपने स्थाई कैम्पस में स्थानांतरित हो जाएगा।
