शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Person with (1) M.Tech. or M.Sc with GATE/NET" qualifying exam with 2 years research अनुभव and (2) having some project/research अनुभव on silicon solar cell or carrier-selective contact-based solar cells fabrication and characterization. *The requirement of the NET/GATE examination for the selection to the post of JRF/SRF may be relaxed for the candidates who have graduated from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTls) with a CGPA of more than 8.000 (80% aggregate marks).
