3. Essential Qualification: Possession of a valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicle; अनुभव of driving a Heavy Motor Vehicle for at least 3 years; Knowledge of motor mechanism (the candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle); and Pass in 10th Standard.

4. Desirable Qualifcation: 3 years service as Home Guard/Civil Volunteers
