1. Post Name: Position: – प्रबंधक - Content Marketing, Executive Education Programmes

2. Key Skills / Abilities / Knowledge required: Strong Analytical, Planning and Marketing scanning and Market Sensing skills. Should be detail oriented and have the ability and very good grasp of the content marketing concepts, digital marketing tools Possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a solution orientation mindset. Strong people person, the incumbent would work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

a. Be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of urgency regarding timely follow up and customer service orientation with internal clients. Ability to identify and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and have leadership ability to work effectively with all relevant stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office software, e-mail, electronic scheduling, databases and internet and ERP.

b. Communication skills - oral and written. Ability to effectively communicate across levels of managers and senior leadership in a professional and effective manner.

 Strong commitment to service and capacity to collaborate and communicate with diverse communities – faculty, non-academic staff, industry, and government stakeholders whom EEP team interact with. Ability to prioritize work opportunities and effectively manage the same with limited supervision

3. Educational qualification and अनुभव: Candidate should be a First-Class Graduate with a Post graduate Degree in Communication/Journalism (New Media) from a reputed institution. अनुभव in creating strong, engaging content, understanding of SEO best practices Candidates should have demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing, digital content marketing research Candidate should a minimum of 10 years’ अनुभव in handling the assignments listed under major duties & responsibilities. अनुभव in Sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing preferred. Similar अनुभव in executive education products would be useful and preferred

4. No. of Positions: One

5. The candidate will be paid with a minimum Basic of Rs. 53100 per month, plus applicable DA (currently at 31% of Basic), HRA of 23% (on Basic), NPS employer contribution of 14 % (on Basic and DA), outpatient medical reimbursement up to 30,000 per annum, medical insurance cover of Rs 5,00,000 for self, spouse and 2 dependent children and other applicable benefits as per IIMB contract appointment norms.
