शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Master's Degree / PG Diploma in Communications, English Journalism, English Literature or related fields.

अनुभव (अनुभव): 3 years of relevant अनुभव in media, communications or public relations. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Good time management and organizational skills. Should be proficient in Office softwares, content management systems, and social media platforms.

भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान पालक्काड (आईआईटी पालक्काड) केरल के पलक्कड़ में स्थित एक सार्वजनिक स्वायत्त अभियांत्रिकी और अनुसंधान संस्थान है। यह भारत के २०१४ के केंद्रीय बजट में प्रस्तावित पांच नए आईआईटी में से एक है।[1] इसके परिसर का उद्घाटन 3 अगस्त 2015 को पलक्कड़ में स्थित अस्थायी परिसर स्थान, अहिल्या एकीकृत परिसर पर हुआ था।

भारत के राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी द्वारा आईआईटी पलक्कड़ के प्रोफेसर-इन-इंचार्ज पी बी सुनील कुमार को निदेशक के रूप में नियुक्त किये जाने तक, आईआईटी मद्रास के निदेशक डॉ भास्कर राममूर्ति को मैनेटर निदेशक बनाया गया था। शिक्षण के स्तर को आईआईटी के अनुकूल रखने के लिए, आईआईटी मद्रास ने हाल ही में सेवानिवृत्त, पूर्व अध्यक्ष और विभिन्न विभागों के प्रमुख एवं अनुभवी प्रोफेसरों के एक समूह को नए परिसर में स्थायी और अस्थायी प्रोफेसरों दोनों के रूप में नियुक्त किया है।
