शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Chief Project Engineer: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.

Medical Officer: a) MBBS Degree / Equivalent from a recognized University. b) Permanent Registration with Medical Council of India/State Medical Council

Nurse: a) Diploma in Nursing from an Institution recognized by Nursing Council of India. OR B.Sc (Nursing) from an Institution recognizedby Nursing Council of India.
b) Valid registration under the State Nursing Council

Project Officer : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% of marks from a recognized University.

अनुभव (अनुभव): Chief Project Engineer : Minimum of 25 years post qualification अनुभव in civil works out of which cumulative अनुभव of 10 years in implementation of large infrastructure projects (Highways, railways, ports, shipyard, roads and bridge etc) through the
phases of concept, planning, launch, supervision, monitoring, commissioning, contractual .

Medical Officer : (a) अनुभव is not mandatory. (b) अनुभव preferably with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), in verification of Medical Bills

Nurse: Minimum three years post qualification clinical अनुभव in any government or private hospital.

Project Officer : a) अनुभव/training in mechanical works related to projects, production or maintenance. b) b) Proficiency and अनुभव of
working in a computerized Environment. c) Good communication skills and working knowledge in English/Hindi/Bengali.
