Skills / Eligibility
Engagement of Technician (Diploma Technical & Technician (MOM&SP) Apprentices: 2022-23 under Apprentices Act-1961. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates who have passed Technical Diploma/Diploma in MOM&SP, for undergoing Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentice Act 1961, in हिंदुस्तान एयरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड, Avionics Division, Korwa, Amethi. 1. Position: Technician (Diploma Technical & Technician (MOM&SP) Apprentices 2. Essential Technical Qualification: a) 3 Years Diploma in any Recognized Board/University in concerned Branches b) 2 Years Diploma in MOM&SP from any Recognized Board/University 3. Stipend & Period of Training: a) Stipend will be paid to the Apprentices as per rule per month or as revised by the BOAT, Kanpur. The period of Apprenticeship Training will be period of One Year only. b) The selected candidate will have to execute a Contract for the period of training as per Apprentices Act. c) After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship Contracts will be closed and there will be No obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.

Selection Procedure
1. The Selection for Engagement of Apprentices will be based on 100% Merit basis, taking into consideration 100% Weightage of Total Aggregate Marks secured in the Technical Diploma /Diploma in MOM&SP Examination.
2. Reservation will be applied as per Apprentices Act- 1961.
3. The Notification is available on HAL, Korwa LAN/WAN/Notice Boards and has been hosted at Careers Section in the HAL website www.hal-india.co.in.
आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)
चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. The applicants are advised to register to get the Registration Number in the portal; www.mhrdnats.gov.in and must indicate the Registration Number in Application Form.
2. Fill the Excel File (Application Form) very carefully. ‘Incomplete & Wrongly Filled’ Application Form are liable to be rejected
3. The file name of Application Form (Excel File) must be Registration Number generated from www.mhrdnats.gov.in.
4. The subject of E-mail must be Registration number only generated from www.mhrdnats.gov.in.
5. After attachment of Application form (Excel File), it must be sent to E-mail ID: [email protected] only. This e-mail is only for sending Application Form, no other communication will be entertained.
6. The dependents (Children & Spouse only) of the Serving /Retired /Deceased Employees of HAL are required to submit the details of the Employee, duly certified by the Concerned HR Officer of respective division in the attached Format with the e-mail.
7. Incomplete Application Forms or applications sent in other than prescribed Excel File viz. MS Word/PDF/JPG etc. will not be accepted. Applications sent through E-mail will only be accepted. Please send application Form in the prescribed Excel Format and HAL Dependents Format (if applicable) through E-mail. Do not attach any other document related to educational qualification alongwith the Application Form.
8. The last date for sending application form through E-mail is 21/07/2022. The E-mail sent after 21/07/2022 will not be accepted.
9. Candidates are requested to send their only one application through E-mail. In case of multiple applications of a candidate, only the latest application will be considered.
10. Candidate who have completed/resigned/terminated/undergoing Apprentice Training from any organization or registered under Apprentices Act are not eligible.
11. The Candidate who have completed 03 years of passing year his/her diploma on the date of Contract Registration will not be eligible for undergoing Apprenticeship Training under Apprentices Act.
12. Candidates who have Work अनुभव of one year or more in any organization are not eligible.
13. Candidates, who have done Technical Diploma from correspondence, are not eligible for Selection Process.
14. Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.

हिन्दुंस्तायन एरोनाटिक्सय लिमिटेड का इतिहास और विकास भारत में विगत 70 वर्षों के वैमानिकी उद्योग के विकास का पर्याय है | मैसूर सरकार के सहयोग से दूरदर्शी श्री वालचंद हीराचंद द्वारा 23 दिसंबर 1940 को बेंगलूर में हिन्दुोस्ताशन एयरक्राफ्ट कंपनी के रूप में इस कंपनी को शामिल किया गया जिसकी प्राधिकृत पूंजी 4 करोड़ रुपए (चुकता पूंजी 40 लाख रुपए) थी तथा भारत में विमान का निर्माण करना इस कंपनी का उद्देश्यड था| मार्च 1941 में भारत सरकार इसकी 1/3 चुकता पूंजी के साथ कंपनी की एक शेयरधारी बनी और 1942 में इसका प्रबंधन अपने हाथ में लिया| संयुक्तत राज्य अमेरिका की कांटिनेंटल एयरक्राफ्ट कंपनी के सहयोग से हिन्दु्स्ताहन एयरक्राफ्ट कंपनी ने हारलो प्रशिक्षक विमान, कर्टिस हॉक लड़ाकू विमान और वॉल्टी बमवर्षक विमान के निर्माण के साथ कारोबार प्रारंभ किया|
दिसंबर 1945 में, इस कंपनी को उद्योग एवं आपूर्ति मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में लाया गया| जनवरी 1951 में, हिन्दु स्ता न एयरक्राफ्ट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को रक्षा मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में लिया गया|
कंपनी ने लाइसेंस के अधीन विदेशी अभिकल्पक वाले विमानों और इंजनों जैसे प्रेंटिस, वैम्पाटयर, नैट जैसे विमानों का निर्माण किया था| कंपनी ने देशीय रूप से विमानों का अभिकल्पा एवं विकास का कार्य भी प्रारंभ किया| अगस्तप 1951 में डॉक्टिर वी.एम.घाटगे के समर्थ नेतृत्व में कंपनी द्वारा अभिकल्पित और उत्पाभदित एचटी-2 प्रशिक्षक विमान ने पहली बार उड़ान भरी| लगभग 200 प्रशिक्षक विमानों का निर्माण किया गया और इन्हें भारतीय वायु सेना तथा अन्यर ग्राहकों को आपूर्त किया गया| क्रमशः अभिकल्पग क्षमता के निर्माण के साथ कंपनी ने 4 अन्यो प्रकार के विमानों का सफलता पूर्वक अभिकल्पक व विकास किया जैसे फ्लाइंग क्लतब के लिए उपयुक्तन दो सीट वाला पुष्पपक, हवाई सर्वेक्षण के लिए कृषक, एचएफ-24 जेट फाइटर (मारुत) और एचजेटी-16 मौलिक जेट प्रशिक्षक विमान (किरण).
