Skills / Eligibility
Training and Development Institute, हिंदुस्तान एयरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड, Koraput Division invites application from eligible ITI/ITC passed candidates of ODISHA state only, for Apprenticeship Training , under Apprenticeship Act 1961 in the following trades: 1. Name of the Post : Trade Apprenticeship (Ex-ITI) 2. Eligibility Criteria: a) Candidate must be an Indian National. b) Candidates must have passed regular and fulltime course in the above trades under Craftsman Training Scheme from recognized ITI/ITC’s of ODISHA state only. c) EWS (Economically Weaker Section) reservation: Candidates who are not covered under the existing scheme of reservation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL and whose family gross annual income is below Rs. 8.00 Lakh (Rupees eight lakh) are to be identified as EWS for benefit of reservation of EWS. Family for this purpose will include the person who seeks benefit of reservation, his/her parents and siblings below the age of 18 years as also his/her spouse and children below the age of 18 years. The income shall also include income from all sources i.e. वेतन, agriculture, business, profession etc. for the financial year prior to the year of application. For this notification, the financial year will be 2020-21 as the closing date of application is 28.02.2022. Also persons whose family owns or possesses any of the following assets shall be excluded from being identified as EWSs, irrespective of the family income: i) 5 acres of Agricultural Land and above; ii) Residential flat of 1000 sq. ft. and above; iii)Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities; iv) Residential plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities. The candidates applying against the vacancies reserved for EWS must produce valid Income and Asset Certificate issued by the Competent Authority. In case of noncompliance to these stipulations, their claim for reserved status under EWS will not be entertained and the candidature / application of such candidates, if fulfilling all the eligibility conditions for General (UR) category, will be considered under General (UR) vacancies only. d) Relaxation in upper age limit for Ex-servicemen will be applicable as per GoI Guidelines. e) Adopted Villages Candidates of HAL, Koraput Division are required to upload documentary proof of residence/nativity certificate and Medical Card issued by IR Department of HAL, Koraput Division. f) For Wards (Son/daughter) and spouse of Serving/Retired/Deceased employees of HAL are required to upload verification certificate from HR Dept. as documentary proof of relation with HAL employee. g) Wards of Contract Labors of HAL, Koraput Division are required to upload documentary proof such as Security ID Card issued to Contract Labors by HAL, Koraput Division.

Selection Procedure
a) A common merit list will be prepared for each trade, based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination (70% weightage for HSC/10 th marks and 30% weightage for ITI/ITC marks) and as per other rules and regulations in vogue and candidates will be selected for the Apprenticeship Training from the merit list.
b) Reservation will be applicable as per Govt. guidelines.
c) Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document verification, which will be held in Training and Development Institute. All correspondence will be made through registered email only.
आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)
चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
a) Prior to registering in apprenticeship portal candidate must ensure that Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth and Gender in Aadhar, should match exactly with 10th Class Certificate and ITI NCVT/SCVT certificate and the same should reflect in Apprenticeship portal. Any mismatch in the above details found, then his/her candidature will be summarily rejected.
b) The candidates have to register in www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in, Government of India’s Apprenticeship portal and complete their profile with verification of aadhar.
c) Candidate’s photo, Signature, Mark Sheet, Certificates etc. uploaded must be Visible clearly.
d) In qualification details both 10 th class and ITI qualification must have entered under Educational Qualification (in portal both 10 th class and ITI comes under Educational Qualification).
e) Please upload scanned PDF copies of 10 th class certificate cum marks sheet in 10 th class educational qualification. If mark sheet and certificate are issued in two separate formats then both should be scanned in two pages in a single PDF file and the same may be uploaded. In the same manner, ITI NCVT/SCVT certificate along with consolidated mark sheet to be scanned in two pages in a single PDF format and the same may be uploaded in ITI qualification details. If consolidated mark sheet is not available, then mark sheets of all semesters/years along with NCVT/SCVT certificate to be scanned in multiple pages but, in a single PDF file and the same may be uploaded.
f) In ID proof type please upload PAN or Driving License or any other Photo Identity proof as approved by Government of India. Please DONOT upload Aadhar as Identity proof.
g) Last date for receiving/submitting application (google form) is 28.02.2022.

हिन्दुंस्तायन एरोनाटिक्सय लिमिटेड का इतिहास और विकास भारत में विगत 70 वर्षों के वैमानिकी उद्योग के विकास का पर्याय है | मैसूर सरकार के सहयोग से दूरदर्शी श्री वालचंद हीराचंद द्वारा 23 दिसंबर 1940 को बेंगलूर में हिन्दुोस्ताशन एयरक्राफ्ट कंपनी के रूप में इस कंपनी को शामिल किया गया जिसकी प्राधिकृत पूंजी 4 करोड़ रुपए (चुकता पूंजी 40 लाख रुपए) थी तथा भारत में विमान का निर्माण करना इस कंपनी का उद्देश्यड था| मार्च 1941 में भारत सरकार इसकी 1/3 चुकता पूंजी के साथ कंपनी की एक शेयरधारी बनी और 1942 में इसका प्रबंधन अपने हाथ में लिया| संयुक्तत राज्य अमेरिका की कांटिनेंटल एयरक्राफ्ट कंपनी के सहयोग से हिन्दु्स्ताहन एयरक्राफ्ट कंपनी ने हारलो प्रशिक्षक विमान, कर्टिस हॉक लड़ाकू विमान और वॉल्टी बमवर्षक विमान के निर्माण के साथ कारोबार प्रारंभ किया|
दिसंबर 1945 में, इस कंपनी को उद्योग एवं आपूर्ति मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में लाया गया| जनवरी 1951 में, हिन्दु स्ता न एयरक्राफ्ट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को रक्षा मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में लिया गया|
कंपनी ने लाइसेंस के अधीन विदेशी अभिकल्पक वाले विमानों और इंजनों जैसे प्रेंटिस, वैम्पाटयर, नैट जैसे विमानों का निर्माण किया था| कंपनी ने देशीय रूप से विमानों का अभिकल्पा एवं विकास का कार्य भी प्रारंभ किया| अगस्तप 1951 में डॉक्टिर वी.एम.घाटगे के समर्थ नेतृत्व में कंपनी द्वारा अभिकल्पित और उत्पाभदित एचटी-2 प्रशिक्षक विमान ने पहली बार उड़ान भरी| लगभग 200 प्रशिक्षक विमानों का निर्माण किया गया और इन्हें भारतीय वायु सेना तथा अन्यर ग्राहकों को आपूर्त किया गया| क्रमशः अभिकल्पग क्षमता के निर्माण के साथ कंपनी ने 4 अन्यो प्रकार के विमानों का सफलता पूर्वक अभिकल्पक व विकास किया जैसे फ्लाइंग क्लतब के लिए उपयुक्तन दो सीट वाला पुष्पपक, हवाई सर्वेक्षण के लिए कृषक, एचएफ-24 जेट फाइटर (मारुत) और एचजेटी-16 मौलिक जेट प्रशिक्षक विमान (किरण).
