आयु सीमा (Age Limit): The upper age limit of the candidate is 55 years as on 01.01.2022. No further relaxation will be given on any grounds.

Important Instructions:

i. Only Indian Nationals need to appear for the Walk-in Process. HAL reserves the right to increase/decrease the specification depending upon the response. Mere appearing for the interview will not entail right for claiming the job. HAL also reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or the selection process thereunder.

ii. The consultant will be required to submit Invoice/Claim etc. to Finance Department duly certified by designated HAL Officer.

iii. Company quarters will be provided based on the request, subject to availability, as per the rules of the Company. A standard market rent will be charged along with Electricity charges, water charges and other applicable charges, if the Company quarter is allotted.

iv. In addition to the remuneration, you will be provided with Office space and other related facilities required to perform the task.

v. No other benefits/allowances would be payable apart from consolidated remuneration.

vi. Decision of HAL Management regarding selection will be final. Further, HAL Management reserves all right to fill up or otherwise the notified post and also to fill up the future vacancies if any from the valid panel of selected candidates as per the rules of the company.

vii. Candidates who have work अनुभव in the private sector should submit the अनुभव certificate on the letter head of the Company. The letter head of the Company should have the details of company registration number.

viii. Before appearing for the interview, the candidates should ensure that they are fulfilling the eligibility criteria required for the position. While filling the bio-data forms, the candidates should also ensure that the particulars furnished by him/her are correct in all the respect.

a. In case it is detected at any stage of the selection process that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material facts, his/her candidature will be cancelled. If any of these shortcomings are detected even after selection, his/her services are liable to be terminated.

ix. 10% of the honorarium will be retained as Performance Guarantee every month

x. The candidate will be required to give a disclosure statement declaring his interest in any other work/running contract entered with HAL before considering him for the position of विशेषज्ञ.

xi. Infringement of any of the rules of the company or the terms of engagement or disobedience of the orders or negligence of duties assigned will lead to termination of the engagement without any notice in advance.

xii. To obey the lawful commands, serve the company faithfully and do not indulge its business secrets not only during the period of engagement but also thereafter.

xiii. HAL has the right to terminate the agreement without any financial liability in the event of the candidate not meeting the pre-specified conditions or in any other eventualities after engagement.

xiv. The engagement is purely on requirement basis and there is no provision for regularization.

xv. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.

हिन्दुंस्तायन एरोनाटिक्सय लिमिटेड का इतिहास और विकास भारत में विगत 70 वर्षों के वैमानिकी उद्योग के विकास का पर्याय है | मैसूर सरकार के सहयोग से दूरदर्शी श्री वालचंद हीराचंद द्वारा 23 दिसंबर 1940 को बेंगलूर में हिन्दुोस्ताशन एयरक्राफ्ट कंपनी के रूप में इस कंपनी को शामिल किया गया जिसकी प्राधिकृत पूंजी 4 करोड़ रुपए (चुकता पूंजी 40 लाख रुपए) थी तथा भारत में विमान का निर्माण करना इस कंपनी का उद्देश्यड था| मार्च 1941 में भारत सरकार इसकी 1/3 चुकता पूंजी के साथ कंपनी की एक शेयरधारी बनी और 1942 में इसका प्रबंधन अपने हाथ में लिया| संयुक्तत राज्य अमेरिका की कांटिनेंटल एयरक्राफ्ट कंपनी के सहयोग से हिन्दु्स्ताहन एयरक्राफ्ट कंपनी ने हारलो प्रशिक्षक विमान, कर्टिस हॉक लड़ाकू विमान और वॉल्टी बमवर्षक विमान के निर्माण के साथ कारोबार प्रारंभ किया|

दिसंबर 1945 में, इस कंपनी को उद्योग एवं आपूर्ति मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में लाया गया| जनवरी 1951 में, हिन्दु स्ता न एयरक्राफ्ट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को रक्षा मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में लिया गया|

कंपनी ने लाइसेंस के अधीन विदेशी अभिकल्पक वाले विमानों और इंजनों जैसे प्रेंटिस, वैम्पाटयर, नैट जैसे विमानों का निर्माण किया था| कंपनी ने देशीय रूप से विमानों का अभिकल्पा एवं विकास का कार्य भी प्रारंभ किया| अगस्तप 1951 में डॉक्टिर वी.एम.घाटगे के समर्थ नेतृत्व में कंपनी द्वारा अभिकल्पित और उत्पाभदित एचटी-2 प्रशिक्षक विमान ने पहली बार उड़ान भरी| लगभग 200 प्रशिक्षक विमानों का निर्माण किया गया और इन्हें भारतीय वायु सेना तथा अन्यर ग्राहकों को आपूर्त किया गया| क्रमशः अभिकल्पग क्षमता के निर्माण के साथ कंपनी ने 4 अन्यो प्रकार के विमानों का सफलता पूर्वक अभिकल्पक व विकास किया जैसे फ्लाइंग क्लतब के लिए उपयुक्तन दो सीट वाला पुष्पपक, हवाई सर्वेक्षण के लिए कृषक, एचएफ-24 जेट फाइटर (मारुत) और एचजेटी-16 मौलिक जेट प्रशिक्षक विमान (किरण).
