(ii) Some अनुभव of research in Modern Indian History/teaching of Modern Indian History in a University or College/work in an Archival Office.

(iii) Degree in Portuguese or Curso Complementar of Arts/Science from Lyceum.

5. Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Archival Science. (ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

4. Essential:

(i) Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Marine or Automobile Engineering of a recognized University/Institute.

(ii) 5 years of अनुभव for degree holders and 6 years of अनुभव for diploma holders in maintenance/overhauling and repairs of marine/auto diesel engines/hull repairs etc. in a reputed Shipyard/Marine Workshop and also in a Port Operations and Establishment in any State of India.

(iii) Knowledge of Port Operations under the International Ships and Port Security code, the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958(Act No. 44 of 1958) and the Indian Ports Act, 1908(Act No. 15 of 1908)

(iv) Knowledge of Swimming (v) Knowledge of Konkani

5. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. Online applications are invited for the below mentioned posts. The last date for filling up the applications is 28.01.2022. Candidates should carefully read the “Instructions” available on Commission’s website before filling the application online.

2. In case of non-availability of suitable candidates with the knowledge of Konkani for the posts in professional colleges, Consultants in Directorate of Health Services and highly technical/scientific posts, the गोवा लोक सेवा आयोग may recommend a candidate if otherwise found fit and this requirement can be relaxed by the Government, on the recommendation of the गोवा लोक सेवा आयोग, if the Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do.

3. Prescribed EQs are minimum & mere possession of same does not entitle the candidates to be called for interview. Where number of applications received is large, the Commission will short list the candidates to be called for interview as mentioned in the “Instructions”.
