शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): PG Diploma, MS/MD, M.Ch, DM

Employees’ State Insurance Corporation is a statutory body constituted under an Act of Parliament (ESI Act, 1948) and works under the administrative control of Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Employees’ State Insurance Corporation proposes to recruit Specialist Grade– II (Senior/Junior Scale) on direct recruitment basis. The details of vacancies are as under:-

1. Name of the Post: Specialist Grade-II (Senior Scale)

2. No of Post: 50

3. Scale Of Pay: Level–12 of Pay Matrix with initial pay of Rs. 78,800/- as per 7th CPC. In addition to Pay, DA, NPA, HRA and Transport Allowance will also be admissible as per rules in force from time to time.

4. Educational & Other Qualifications: 

i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule of Part-II of third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in SubSection (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

ii) Post Graduate Degree in the concerned Specialty as mentioned:

a) M.D. (Dermatology) M.D. (Dermatology & Venereology) Specialty Board of Dermatology (USA)

b) M.S. (Oto-Rhino-Laryngology) Specialty Board of Laryngology (USA)

c) M.D. (Paediatrics)

d) M.D. (Tuberculosis) M.D./M.R.C.P. in Medicine with T.D.D., D.T.D. or D.T.C.D. M.D. Respiratory Diseases and T.B.O. or Diploma National Board (Respiratory Diseases) M.D. (Medicine) with Diploma National Board (Respiratory Diseases).

e) M.D. (Radio-diagnosis) D.M.R.D. or equivalent Diploma of two years

iii) Five years’ अनुभव in the concerned specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree.

iv) Language Test: The candidates shall have passed middle level examination in official language of the state concerned where the vacancies are notified or if no candidate is available who fulfills the required conditions, Selection Board will have powers to recommend candidates who have working knowledge of local language

1. Name of the Post: Specialist Grade-II (Junior Scale)

2. No of Post: 05

3. Scale Of Pay: Level–11 of Pay Matrix with initial pay of Rs. 67,700/- as per 7th CPC. In addition to Pay, DA, NPA, HRA and Transport Allowance will also be admissible as per rules in force from time to time.

4. Educational & Other Qualifications: 

i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule of Part-II of third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in SubSection (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

ii) Post Graduate Qualification in the requisite Specialty as mentioned

a) D.M. (Cardiology)

b) DM (Endocrinology)

c) DM(Gastroenterology)

d) D.M. (Nephrology)

e) DM (Neurology) OR Specialty Board of Psychiatry and Neurology(USA)

f) M.Ch.(Cancer Surgery/Surgery Oncology)

g) M.Ch. (Urology)

h) M.Ch.(Paediatric Surgery)

iii) Work अनुभव in a responsible position connected with the Specialty for a period of:

a) 3 years in case of Post Graduate Degree Holder.

b) 5 years in case of Post Graduate Diploma Holder.

iv) Language Test: The candidates shall have passed middle level examination in official language of the state concerned where the vacancies are notified or if no candidate is available who fulfills the required conditions, Selection Board will have powers to recommend candidates who have working knowledge of local language.
