शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Any Graduate
ECIL is a Schedule ‘A’ CPSE under the Department of Atomic Energy setup with a view to generate a strong indigenous capability in the field of professional grade electronics. The initial accent was on total self-reliance and ECIL was engaged in the Design, Development, Manufacture and Marketing of several products with emphasis on three technology lines viz. Computers, Control Systems and Communications.

3. Qualification & अनुभव : a. The candidate should have a Graduation degree or its equivalent in any discipline from an Indian University / Institution recognized by appropriate statutory authority.
b. Should have retired as JCO or its equivalent post from Indian Army / Navy / Air Force with minimum 10 years of अनुभव in Liaisoning cum Secretarial work with the following abilities / skills:
c. Effective drafting skills with exposure in Liaisoning / Office Management / Record keeping / Secretarial functions in Armed Forces / Corporate Sector.
d. Well conversant with MS Office & its applications. Ability to read, write & speak Hindi & English languages
e/. Should be Shape 1 (Medical Category) during release from Defence forces.
4. Consolidated contract Pay : ₹ 48,200 pm

Selection Procedure
Candidates will be allowed only after registration at the venue & successful document verification. The selection will be based on performance in the Personal Interview Final recommendations will be made based on the performance and purely on merit basis

ईसीआईएल की स्थापना परमाणु ऊर्जा विभाग के अंतर्गत 11 अप्रैल, 1967 को हुई। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य व्यावसायिक श्रेणी इलेक्ट्रानिक्स के क्षेत्र में सशक्त स्वदेशी क्षमता का विकास करना था। ईसीआईएल का प्रारंभिक आरोह, पूर्ण स्वावलंबन एवं तीन प्रमुख प्रौद्योगिकी लाइनों कम्प्यूटर, नियंत्रण प्रणालियां और संचार क्षेत्र के अनेक उत्पादों की डिजाइन, विकास, विनिर्माण और विपणन पर था।
कंपनी ने विशेष रूप से कंप्यूटर और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में उच्च दक्षता वाली तकनीकी और प्रबंधकीय जनशक्ति के प्रशिक्षण और विकास में अत्यंत उल्लेखनीय कार्य किया हैं। यद्यपि इसका प्रारंभिक बल नाभिकीय ऊर्जा कार्यक्रमों की नियंत्रण एवं उपकरणीकरण-आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करना था लेकिन स्वावलंबन का विस्तार करने से कंपनी ने रक्षा, नागर विमानन, सूचना एवं प्रसारण, दूरसंचार, बीमा, बैकिंग पुलिस तथा अर्ध-सैनिक बल, तेल एवं गैस, विद्युत, अंतरिक्ष शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, कृषि, स्टील एवं कोयला क्षेत्र एवं सरकारी प्रक्षेत्र में प्रयोक्ता अन्य विभागों में अपनी संभावनाएं बढ़ाईं। इस प्रकार कुछ वर्षों से ईसीआईएल बहु उत्पाद कंपनी के रूप में उभर कर आई है। यह भारतीय अर्थ व्यवस्था के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अपना योगदान दे रही है। इसका मुख्य ध्येय आयात को प्रतिस्थापित तथा ऐसे उत्पादों और सेवाओं का विकास करना है जो देश के सामरिक महत्व के लिए जैसे परमाणु ऊर्जा क्षेत्र, रक्षा, अंतरिक्ष, सुरक्षा और ई-अभिशासन के लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी हैं।
