Selection for the post of Technical Member in Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Mumbai - Reg.

1. Position: Technical Member

2. A person shall not be qualified for appointment as the Technical Member of the Securities Appellate Tribunal, unless he:

(i) Has held the post of Additional Secretary in the Ministry or Department of the Central Govemment or any equivalent or higher post in the Central Government or a State Govemment; or

(ii) Is a person of proven ability, integrity and standing having special knowledge and professional अनुभव, of not less than twenty-five years, in financial sectors ineluding securities market or pension funds or commodity derivatives or insurance.

3. The Technical Member shall be paid a वेतन of Rs. Two lakh twenty-five thousand per month. In case of the person appointed as Technical Member, is in receipt of any pension, the pay of such person shall be reduced by the gross amount of pension drawn by him.

Selection Procedure

The Search-Cum-Section Committee constituted under the Tribunal Reforms Act 2021 for recommending names for appointment to the said post shall scrutinise the applications with respect to suitability of application for the posts by giving due weightage to qualification and अनुभव of candidates and shortlist candidates for conducting personal interaction. The final selection will be done on the basis of overall evaluation of candidates done by the Committee based on the qualification, अनुभव and personal interaction.

आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. Applications of eligible and willing officers are requested through proper channel (wherever applicable) and are accompanied with:

(i) bio-data in the proforma

(ii) Certificate to be furnished by the employer/ head of office/ forwarding authority

(iii) clear photocopies of the up-to-date CR/APAR dossier of the officer containing CR/APARs of at least last five years duly attested by a Group A office

(iv) cadre clearance

(v) integrity certificate/clearance from vigilance and disciplinary angle

(vi) statement giving details of major or minor penalties, if any, imposed on the officer during the last ten years, to the following address, so as to reach this office latest by 31st January 2022.

विभाग वर्तमान में आर्थिक रुझानों अंतर एलियामॉनिटर्स और सरकार को आर्थिक प्रबंधन के आंतरिक और बाह्य सभी पहलुओं पर सलाह देती है जिसमें मूल्य, ऋण, राजकोषीय और मौद्रिक नीति और निवेश नियम शामिल हैं। साथ ही यह विभाग भारत सरकार टकसाल, मुद्रा प्रेस, सेक्युरिटी प्रेसेसेंड सेक्युरिटी पेपर मिल्स के प्रबंधन के अलावा राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों, जीवन और जनरल इंश्योरेंस से संबंधित नीतियों की पर्यवेक्षण करते हैं। भारत द्वारा प्राप्त सभी बाहरी वित्तीय और तकनीकी सहायता, एफएओ, आईएलओ, यूनिडो जैसे विशेष अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संगठन के माध्यम को छोड़कर और विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी, संस्कृति और शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अंतरराष्ट्रीय/द्विपक्षीय विशेष समझौते के अधीन को छोड़कर इस विभाग द्वारा निगरानी की जाती है। साथ ही डीईए विभाग राष्ट्रपति नियम और संघीय क्षेत्र प्रशासन के तहत केन्द्रीय बजट और राज्य सरकार के बजट को संसद में प्रस्तुत करने के लिए भी जिम्मेदार है।
