शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): "Officers of the Central Governments or State Government or organizations dealing with public works or town planning -
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre department; or
(ii) with five years regular service in the grade of Executive Engineer rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 11 of the pay matrix.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 56 Years.
