1. Name of the Post: GM/Operation & Business Development
2. No of Post: 01 Post
3. Location : Corporate Office
4. Duration : 3 years extendable to 5 years (subject to exemption by DPE from the rule of immediate absorption)
5. Service : IRTS officers of Indian Railways, Officers of Central Govt/CPSU (as mentioned above)
6. Term Of Appointment : Deputation
7. Scale Of Pay : Parent pay plus deputation allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy).
8. Specific Requirements : Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-14) in the relevant discipline or in SG .(Level-13) with 17 years service in Group A in the relevant discipline. OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in the relevant discipline OR in Rs.1,00,000-2,60,000 (IDA) (E7) with four years' service in that grade.
9. Job Description:
a) Planning of junctions arrangements and prepare operating protocol. Officer will be responsible for planning & Operation Control Centre and Train Monitoring System. Development of marketing and business plan of the organization.
b) Development rail based logistics support system along the Dedicated Freight Corridor. To coordinate with other Central/State Ministries in connection with the progress of Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Development Corporation (DMIDC) especially in Haryana, Gujarat and Maharashtra. Market research, freight marketing and quality assurance concession agreement of the company with MOR and concession agreement of the company with the concessionaries.
c) Development of Public Private Partnership framework. Dealing with new siding proposals. Track access charge and other earnings. Communication & PF. Any other duty assigned.
