शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.Sc, M.E/M.Tech, M.Phil/Ph.D
CSIR is looking for निदेशक, CSIR—Central Building Research Institute (CSIR-CBRI), Roorkee
1. Post Name: निदेशक
2. Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. in Natural Sciences or Master's Degree in Engineering/ Health /Medical Sciences (for Engineering/ Health/ Medical Sciences, Ph.D. is desirable).
3. अनुभव:
a. At least 16 years of अनुभव in Research and Development (with focus on translational research) in the areas of activities of the laboratory/lnstitutes/Centre and demonstrated excellence in leadership therein
b. Years of अनुभव shall be computed from the beginning of candidate's research career.
4. Responsibilities:
The निदेशक shall supervise and exercise administrative control on the staff of the Institute and shall be responsible for (i) realizing the mission of the Institute, and (ii) creating an environment conducive to nurture innovation and high class R&D and other S&T activities of the Laboratory/lnstitute in keeping with societal/industrial priorities.
5. Appointment:
The appointment to the post of निदेशक will be made for a tenure of six years or till superannuation, whichever is earlier, in level 15 of Pay Matrix Rs. 182200 - 224100 (pre-revised HAG pay scale of Rs with allowances as admissible. The tenure period will be renewable only in exceptional cases. निदेशक can be considered for absorption/placement in CSIR as निदेशक's Grade Scientist i.e. Scientist 'H'/Outstanding Scientist, as per rules.
6. Benefits:
The provision to share money realized from external contract R&D, consultancy and rendering of S&T services is also available as per extant rules. Residential accommodation and transport are provided as per rules. In addition, medical, LTC and other facilities are provided as per CSIR rules.

सीएसआईआर रेडियो और अंतरिक्ष भौतिकी, महासागर विज्ञान, भूभौतिकी, रसायन, औषध, जीनोमिकी, जैवप्रौद्योगिकी और नैनोप्रौद्योगिकी से खनन, वैमानिकी, उपकरणन, पर्यावरणीय इंजीनियरी तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी तक के विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी के व्यापक विषयों व क्षेत्रों में कार्य कर रहा है। यह सामाजिक प्रयासों से जुड़े अनेक क्षेत्रों में महत्वपूर्ण प्रौद्योगिकीय अंतराक्षेपण उपलब्ध कराता है जिसमें पर्यावरण, स्वास्थ्य, पेयजल, खाद्य, आवास, ऊर्जा, कृषि एवं गैर-कृषि क्षेत्र शामिल हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, वैज्ञानिक एवं तकनीकी मानव संसाधन विकास में सीएसआईआर की भूमिका उल्लेखनीय है।
