कोल इण्डिया लिमिटेड (A Maharatna Company) invites application for engagement of one (01) full time Sr.Advisor (Finance) from retired executives of Finance discipline from CIL and its subsidiaries, CPSUs/PSUs/autonomous organization of Central/State Government on fixed tenure basis for a period of 06 months. VRS optees will not be considered.

3. Educational qualification: He should be a fellow/Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ The Institute of Cost Accountants of India or PGDM from any of the IIMs with specialization of Finance.
4. अनुभव: He should have worked in any of the Top 500 Market Capitalized Company in India as Director (Finance)/Head of Finance/CFO.
5. Nature of work: To provide assistance in financial matters of CIL and subsidiaries to Chairman, CIL.
6. Remuneration and other Benefits: Rs. 1,50,000/

3. The applicant should super scribe "Application for the post of Sr.Advisor (Finance) CIL" on the envelope. In case of Application through E mail "Application for the post of Sr.Advisor (Finance) CIL" should be mentioned in the subject.
4. 20/01/2022, Applications received after 3.00.PM office/email of Chief Manager(Pers)/HOD(EE),CIL, Coal Bhawan, Action Area 1A, Newtown, Rajarhat, Kolkata, will not be considered and the company will not be responsible for any postal delay/loss in transit in a submission on the application within specified time
5. CIL reserves the right to change the number of vacancies and cancel/ restrict/modify/ alter the engagement process, if required, without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason thereof. Any modifications/ amendments, if any, in this notification will be given in CIL website only

सरकार की राष्ट्रीय ऊर्जा नीति के तहत भारत की कोयला खानों को 1970 के दशक में दो चरणों में पूर्ण रूप से राष्ट्रीय नियंत्रण में लिया गया । कोकिंग कोयला खान (आपातकाल प्रावधान) अधिनियम 1971 सरकार द्वारा 16 अक्तूबर 1971 को लागू किया गया जिसके तहत, इस्को, टिस्को, और डीवीसी के कैप्टिव खानों के अलावा भारत सरकार ने सभी 226 कोकिंग कोयला खानों का प्रबंधन अपने हाथ में ले लिया और उसे 1 मई, 1972 को राष्ट्रीयकृत कर दिया । 1973 में केन्द्रीय सरकार ने सभी 711 नान-कोकिंग कोयला खानों का प्रबंधन अपने हाथ में ले लिया । नॉन- कोकिंग खानों का प्रबंधन करने के लिए एक सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की कोयला खान प्राधिकरण लिमिटेड (CMAL) नामक कंपनी का गठन किया गया था । दोनों कंपनियों का प्रबंधन करने के लिए कोल इंडिया लिमिटेड के रूप में एक औपचारिक नियंत्रक कंपनी का गठन नवम्बर 1975 में किया गया ।
