Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), is a Scientific Society of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. CDAC Noida is currently handling various projects of national importance in Digital health, E-Governance, Transportation & Transit applications, Communication, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence/ML/DL and analytics, Smart Card-OS Development, etc. We are looking for bright & result oriented professionals for the following positions in various projects for appointment on purely Contract basis for the following positions:-

f) Job Profile:
1. Have in depth knowledge and अनुभव of Software Design and Development in J2EE, (MVC Architecture using spring (3.1 & above) /Struts (2.0) and Hibernate (4.2 & above) frameworks.) Database Oracle/ PostGress/MSSQL and WebSpehere /JBOSS/Tomcat.
2. Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information filters, validates and interprets dynamic material.
3. Manages and appropriately escalates: delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the project development initiatives.
4. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels.
5. Analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing procedures, developing functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties.
6. Assigns and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget.

2. Design software solutions to address business issues.
3. Provide architectural blueprints.
4. Recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
5. अनुभव installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
6. Have in depth knowledge and अनुभव of Software Design and Development in J2EE, (MVC Architecture using spring (3.1 & above) /Struts (2.0) and Hibernate (4.2 & above) frameworks.) Database Oracle/ PostGress/MSSQL and WebSpehere /JBOSS/Tomcat.
7. Deep knowledge of big data technologies and proven expertise in utilizing them for large scale implementation: Hadoop, Map Reduce, SOLR, Elasticsearch, Kibana, ETL tools.

2. Professional security management certification or equivalent such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials, is desired.
3. Well versed in ITIL / ISO 20000 / ISO 27001 / COBIT standard implementation in the projects.or
4. Ability to troubleshoot performance, availability and scalability issues in a complex technology stack for a large-scale application.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
Closing date for applying online: The last date for online submission of application is December 22, 2021(upto 1800 hrs.).
1. Before filling the online application form, Candidates should read ‘General Terms and Conditions’ carefully.
2. Candidate should read all the eligibility parameters and ensure that he/she is eligible for the post before starting to apply online.
3. Candidate should have a valid email id and mobile no.which should remain valid & active till the completion of selection process.
4. Candidates can click on the ‘Apply’ button provided against each post for which he/she wishes to apply.
5. Fill all the details in the application form at the appropriate places.
6. After filling all the details in online application form, click on 'Submit' button.
7. Candidates should scan their photograph in .jpg format (not more than 400 KB) and keep it ready before starting to apply online for uploading.
8. A unique application number will be generated by the system, please note this application number for future reference and use.Candidates can take a print of the application form and keep it with them for their own records.
9. No hard copy/printed applications should be sent to C-DAC.Incomplete and defectively filled up forms shall be rejected straightway and no subsequent correspondences will be entertained in this regard.

11. Candidate working in Government/PSUs/Govt.
