शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): BFSc, 10TH, M.Sc

A walk-in-interview is scheduled to be held on 23-03-2022 (10.30 AM) at ICAR- Mandapam Regional Centre of CMFRI, Marine Fisheries Post, Mandapam Camp, Tamilnadu for the recruitment of one Young Professional II (YP-II) and five Skilled Contractual Staff for undertaking "Sea ranching of Green Tiger Shrimp (Penaeus semisulcatus) Post Larvae (PL) in Palk Bay and Gulf of Manner, Tamil Nadu for Sustainable shrimp production" under the Central Sector Scheme component of Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) of Govt. of India. The eligible & desirous candidates fulfilling all the requirements can attend the interview with duly filled bio-data, including full details of academic qualifications & अनुभवs(s) along with their original supporting documents. The details of eligibility condition and other information are given below:

4. Qualifications:

a) Essential: Post-graduation in Life Sciences including Biology/Zoology/ Botany or Bachelor of Fisheries Science with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University or College.

b) Desirable: A minimum of 3 years अनुभव in seed. production of Shrimps. Working knowledge in computers.

केन्द्रीय समुद्री मात्स्यिकी अनुसंधान संस्थान भारत सरकार द्वारा कृषि मंत्रालय के अधीन 3 फरवरी, 1947 को स्थापित किया गया है और बाद में वर्ष 1967 में भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद के अधीनस्थ कार्यरत है. इन 65 वर्षों के कार्यकाल के दौरान विश्व में उष्णतकटिबंधीय समुद्री मात्स्यिकी अनुसंधान संस्थान का उद्गम हुआ.

सी एम एफ आर आइ की स्थापना के प्रारंभ से लेकर इसके आकार और कद में उल्लेखनीय विकास हुआ, पर्याप्त अनुसंधान अवसंरचनाओं का विकास और योग्य कार्मिकों की भर्ती की गयी. लगभग पांच दशकों के पहले हिस्से के दौरान सी एम एफ आर आइ ने समुद्री मात्स्यिकी अवतरण के आकलन, समुद्री जीवों के वर्गिकीविज्ञान एवं पखमछली तथा कवच मछली के विदोहन किए गए प्रभव की जैव-आर्थिक विशेषताओं के अनुसंधान में अपना योगदान किया.
