शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Any Masters Degree
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) on contractual basis in the Central Agricultural University Imphal, as per details given below:
1. Post Name: Officer on Special Duty
2. No of Post: 02
3. Period of Contract: 01 (One) year
4. The contract can be terminated by either side at any time, by giving one month's notice. The University can terminate the contract immediately, by paying one month's agreed remuneration in lieu of the notice period.
5. Job Location: Central Agricultural University, Head Quarters, Imphal
6. Qualifications:
(i) Applicant should be an Indian national. (ii) Applicants for the above positions must have Masters's degree from a recognized Essential Criteria university in India or abroad.
(a) OSD(Finance): अनुभव of handling issues related to Finance & Accounting of an Institution/Office as Head Finance at pay Level-13
OSD (Administration): अनुभव o f Office administration and Research Management related to Agriculture and allied field as Head administration at Pay Level-13.
7. Remuneration: Remuneration of Rs. 82,500/- per month will be paid and other service conditions Entitlements will be as per existing rules of the University for contract appointment.

Selection Procedure
1. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
2. The date, time and venue of the interview will be conveyed in the Interview call letter/ intimation
3. Candidates will be required to make their own arrangements to reach the place of interview
4. The decision of the University on selection of candidates will be final and no correspondence on this subject will be entertained.

के बारे में
राजेन्द्र कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, भारत के बिहार राज्य के समस्तीपुर जिले के पूसा बाजार के निकट स्थित है। यह भारत के २६ कृषि विश्वविद्यालयों में से एक है। जुलाई २०१४ में इसे केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय बनाने का निर्णय हुआ।[1] मूल रूप में यह संस्थान 'इम्पीरियल कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान' (Imperial Agriculture Research Institute) था जो ब्रिटिश काल में सन् १९०३ में स्थापित किया गया था। सन् १९३४ में बिहार में एक भयंकर भूकंप आया जिसमें इस संस्थान के मुख्य भवनों को काफी क्षति हुई। इसके परिणामस्वरूप उसी वर्ष इस संस्थान को नयी दिल्ली स्थानान्तरित कर दिया गया जिसे 'पूसा कैम्प्स' कहा गया। आगे चलकर दिल्ली स्थित यह संस्थान का नाम भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान (Indian Agricultural Research Institute) कर दिया गया और पूसा में जो कुछ बचा रहा उसे पदावनत (downgrade) करके 'कृषि अनुसंधान स्टेशन' (agricultural research station) कहा जाने लगा। अन्तत: ३ दिसम्बर सन् १९७० को भारत सरकार ने इसी को नामान्तरित करके 'राजेन्द्र कृषि विश्वविद्यालय' के रूप में बदल दिया।
