शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.B.A. (Marketing) or equivalent degree in Mass Communication or Masters in Social Work (MSW). Desirable: i. Proficiency with IT tools (e.g. MS Office).ii. Fluency in written and oral English, Hindi, and Local Language.
अनुभव (अनुभव): 2 years of अनुभव in marketing and mass communication, preferably in Central Govt./State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Organizations.

Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as सलाहकार in BIS.
