Skills / Eligibility

Applications are invited for recruitment of following manpower purely on contract basis for deployment in the office of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, (AIIMS), Kalyani, West Bengal.

1. Post / Requirement: Librarian Grade-III (03)

2. Evaluation Criteria: B.Sc. Degree or equivalent from a recognized University and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Library Science from a recognized University or Institute

3. Desirable: Two years’ अनुभव of acquisition of books, periodicals of books, periodicals and documentation work in preferably, a Medical Library of Standing or repute; Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English AND/OR 25 words per minute in Hindi.

4. Monthly Remuneration: Rs.43,900/-

1. Post / Requirement: Medical Record Technician (02)

2. Evaluation Criteria:

12th Class pass, preferably in Science or equivalent from a recognized Board/University. Certificate in Medical Records (from a recognized Institute or authority issued after not less than 6 months training course)

3. Desirable: अनुभव of having handled Medical records in a Hospital/Medical Institute.

4. Monthly Remuneration: Rs.24,800/-

1. Post / Requirement: Gas Steward (01)

2. Evaluation Criteria:

10+2 in Science with 7 years’ अनुभव in Medical Gas Pipeline System in a 200 Bedded Govt. Hospital. OR Trade Certificate or ITI Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years’ अनुभव in Mechanical Gas Pipeline System in a 200 Bedded Hospital.

3. Monthly Remuneration: Rs.26,100/-

1. Post / Requirement: Store Keeper cum Clerk (03)

2. Evaluation Criteria: Graduate from a recognized University with one-year अनुभव in handling stores.

3. Desirable: Post-graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management from a recognized Institution.

4. Monthly Remuneration: Rs.23,100/-

आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. Last date for submission of application forms is 18.12.2021.

2. Candidates are required to apply online through website www.becil.com or https://becilregistration.com only. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. (Before applying for registration candidates are advised to have their Photo, Signature, Birth Certificate/10th Certificate, Caste Certificate scanned images for upload the file size should be not more than 100kb.)

3. If you want to apply for more than one post against the same advertisement, you need to register once only. The fee chargeable will vary according to the number of posts applied for.

4. Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new E-mail ID before applying online

5. Candidates are required to go to the website of BECIL i.e. www.becil.com or https://becilregistration.com and click on the link “Career”

6. Candidates are required to follow below process for registration.

7. Registration to be completed in 7 steps:

Step 1: Select Advertisement Number

Step 2: Enter Basic Details

Step 3: Enter Education Details/Work अनुभव

Step 4: Upload scanned Photo, Signature, Birth Certificate/ 10th Certificate, Caste Certificate

Step 5: Application Preview or Modify

Step 6: Payment Online Mode (via credit card, Debit card, net banking, UPI etc.)

Step 7: Email your scanned documents to the Email Id mentioned in the last page of application form.

8. Candidates will have to upload scanned copy of passport color photo, signature scan copy, size of these scanned copies should be within 100 kb and in jpg/.pdf files only.
