शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
For trades of कांस्टेबल (Carpenter), कांस्टेबल (Plumber), कांस्टेबल (Painter), कांस्टेबल (Electrician), कांस्टेबल(Pump Operator), कांस्टेबल (Draughtsman), कांस्टेबल(Upholster), and कांस्टेबल (Tinsmith): Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board. One or two years of certificate courses from the Industrial Training Institute or at least one year of अनुभव in the trade.

For trades of कांस्टेबल (Cobbler), कांस्टेबल (Washerman), कांस्टेबल (Barber), कांस्टेबल (Mali), and कांस्टेबल (Khoji/ Syce): Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board Candidate Must be proficient and qualify for trade test in the respective trade conducted by the recruitment board.

For the trades of कांस्टेबल (Cook), कांस्टेबल (Water Carrier), कांस्टेबल (Waiter), and कांस्टेबल (Butcher): Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board. National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) level-1 Course in food production or Kitchen from National Skill Development Corporation or from the Institutes recognized by National Skill Development Corporation.
