शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): LLB

Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) is a not-for-profit Section 8, Schedule B, Public Sector Enterprise, under Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India as an Interface Agency to strengthen and empower the emerging Biotech enterprise to undertake strategic research and innovation, addressing nationally relevant product development needs.

1. Post Name: सलाहकार-Legal

2. No. of Positions: 01

3. Duration: The engagement is contractual initially for a period of One Year on full time basis.

4. Consolidated Fee : The consolidated fee shall be fixed between Rs.60,000 to Rs.90,000/- per month depending on the अनुभव and qualifications.

5. Job Description: The सलाहकार (Legal) will work directly with the Legal team in BIRAC and will be responsible for providing Legal Advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks for BIRAC.

6. Eligibility: LLB from a recognized institution.

7. Domain Area अनुभव: Very Good knowledge of Drafting of Contracts and Grant Letter Agreements, Contractual obligations, various legal provisions regarding contracts and agreement.

8. Desirable qualifications : LLM from a recognized institute. Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights.

9. अनुभव : Between 03 to 10 years 4. Minimum 03 years of अनुभव as Legal practitioner in Central/State Government or Autonomous Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings or Legal Advisor in any reputed organization
