शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): 10TH
Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navaratna category Central Public Sector Enterprise and India’s leading professional Electronics Company, under Ministry of Defence, Government of India, requires Ex-Servicemen for the post of Havildar (Security) on permanent basis for its Manufacturing Unit located at MIDC Industrial Area, Taloja, Navi Mumbai - 410208.
1. Position: Havildar Security WG-III/ CP-III
2. No. of Posts: 02
3. Minimum अनुभव: 15 years in the Armed Forces
4. Location of Posting: Taloja, Navi Mumbai
5. Compulsory Requirement: Registration in District Sainik Welfare Board. Knowledge of Local Language
6. Pay Scale: Wage Group – III / Career Path – III, Rs.20500-3%-79000/- + admissible allowance
7. Educational Qualification: SSLC Pass class
8. Professional Qualification:
a. Ex Servicemen with 15 years Military Service.
b. Candidate should be able to read and write in Hindi and Marathi and have working knowledge of English.
c. Medical Category at the time of Discharge from Defence Forces should be Shape-1./ AYE.
9. Job Description::
a. Essential Security Shifts of 08 hrs working with one weekly off per week along with Unit Fire Fighting Duties.
b. Duties and responsibility may vary depending on the actual requirement and as detailed by the Officer In-charge
c. Security Personnel may be required to work on Sundays and National Holidays.

Selection Procedure
1. Eligible candidates will be called for documents verification, after verification eligible candidates will attend Physical Endurance test and those who clear the same, will be shortlisted for written test.
2. The Documents verification, Physical Endurance test (for shortlisted candidates), written test will be held at BEL, Navi Mumbai.

भारत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स लिमिटेड (बीईएल) की स्थापना भारतीय रक्षा सेवाओं की विशिष्टीकृत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए 1954 में रक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन भारत सरकार द्वारा बेंगलूर, भारत में स्थापित की गई थी । वर्षों के दौरान, यह भारत और विदेश में विविध क्षेत्रों में ग्राहकों की ज़रूरतों को पूरा करते हुए बहु-उत्पाद, बहु-प्रौद्योगिकी, बहु-यूनिट वाली कंपनी के रूप में विकसित हुई है । बीईएल उन चुने हुए सरकारी क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों में है जिन्हें भारत सरकार द्वारा नवरत्न का दर्जा प्रदान किया गया है ।
वर्षों के दौरान हुआ बी ई एल का विकास और विविधीकरण इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स प्रौद्योगिकी जिसके साथ बी ई एल ने गति बनाए रखा है, में की गई उन्नति को प्रतिबिंबित करता है । 1956 में कुछेक संचार उपस्करों के निर्माण के साथ प्रारंभ करते हुए, बी ई एल ने 1961 में रिसीविंग वाल्व, 1962 में जर्मेनियम सेमीकंडक्टर और 1964 में आकाशवाणी के लिए रेडियो ट्रांसमीटर बनाना प्रारंभ किए।
1966 में, बी ई एल ने थलसेना और संस्थागत अनुसंधान व विकास हेतु एक रेडार निर्माणी सुविधा की स्थापना की जिसे वर्षों के दौरान पोषित किया गया । ट्रांसमीटिंग टयूब, सिलिकान डिवाइस तथा एकीकृत सर्किटों का निर्माण 1967 में प्रारंभ किया गया । पीसीबी निर्माणी सुविधा 1968 में स्थापित की गई ।
