शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Diploma
Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navaratna Company and Indias premier professional electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence, requires serving / retired Air Force Officers for its Bengaluru unit on immediate absorption / re-employment basis. Selected candidates should be willing to travel extensively and relocate to the place of posting.

6. Eligibility Criteria For The Post Of Senior Assistant Engineer (E- I): First class in Diploma (Electronics) or equivalent from a recognised university.
7. Qualification अनुभव:
a. Should be in the rank of JWO with minimum of 15 years of post qualification अनुभव as on 31.01.2022.
b. Candidates who are applying on re-employment basis should have been discharged on or after 31.01.2017
c. Should preferably have अनुभव in operation and maintenance of electronics and communication equipments like Radar System, Electronics support measuring system, Mission communication system Air and Ground data communication system, etc, अनुभव in development of technical manuals like maintenance manuals, technical manuals etc & Understanding of Preventive Maintenance schedule, Corrective Maintenance schedule, Out of Phase Maintenance Schedule, pre operative and post operative maintenance etc understanding on the various certification
8. The selected candidate will be inducted in the pay scale of Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/-. In addition other allowances like Dearness Allowances, HRA, 35% of basic pay as perks, PF, Gratuity, Pension, Group insurance, Performance Related Pay, medical reimbursement for self and dependent family members, etc., as per Company rules will be part of the pay package.

Selection Procedure
1. Shortlisted candidates, who satisfy the requirements, will be called for interview.
2. Senior Assistant Engineer(E-I):Eligible candidates, who satisfy the requirements, will be called for written test, followed by an Interview for those candidates who qualify in the written test.
3. Selections will be based on the reservation pattern as per the Government guidelines.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. Application should be mailed on or before 28.02.2022. Application e-mailed after the last date will not be considered.

3. Duly filled and signed application along with the relevant enclosures (mentioned below) has to be scanned (pdf format only) and e-mailed to [email protected] with the subject Application for the post of Manager / Senior Assistant Engineer. No other modes of application shall be accepted. The below mentioned documents have to be sent along with the application form:
a. ।SSLC / Matriculation certificate
b. Diploma/ BE / B. Tech semester/year marks cards, as applicable.
c. ।Post qualification work अनुभव certificate from previous / current employer if employed after retirement form Indian Air Force.
d. Discharge certificate from Indian Air Force. The date of enrolment, date of discharge and rank at the time of leaving the Defence force should be clearly mentioned in the discharge certificate.
e. Candidates who are not yet discharged from the Indian Air Force are required to submit proof in respect of their Rank, Date of Joining and probable date of discharge.
f. Candidates presently working in Govt/PSU/Quasi-Government organisations are required to produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer specifying the probable date of discharge.

भारत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स लिमिटेड (बीईएल) की स्थापना भारतीय रक्षा सेवाओं की विशिष्टीकृत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए 1954 में रक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन भारत सरकार द्वारा बेंगलूर, भारत में स्थापित की गई थी । वर्षों के दौरान, यह भारत और विदेश में विविध क्षेत्रों में ग्राहकों की ज़रूरतों को पूरा करते हुए बहु-उत्पाद, बहु-प्रौद्योगिकी, बहु-यूनिट वाली कंपनी के रूप में विकसित हुई है । बीईएल उन चुने हुए सरकारी क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों में है जिन्हें भारत सरकार द्वारा नवरत्न का दर्जा प्रदान किया गया है ।
वर्षों के दौरान हुआ बी ई एल का विकास और विविधीकरण इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स प्रौद्योगिकी जिसके साथ बी ई एल ने गति बनाए रखा है, में की गई उन्नति को प्रतिबिंबित करता है । 1956 में कुछेक संचार उपस्करों के निर्माण के साथ प्रारंभ करते हुए, बी ई एल ने 1961 में रिसीविंग वाल्व, 1962 में जर्मेनियम सेमीकंडक्टर और 1964 में आकाशवाणी के लिए रेडियो ट्रांसमीटर बनाना प्रारंभ किए।
1966 में, बी ई एल ने थलसेना और संस्थागत अनुसंधान व विकास हेतु एक रेडार निर्माणी सुविधा की स्थापना की जिसे वर्षों के दौरान पोषित किया गया । ट्रांसमीटिंग टयूब, सिलिकान डिवाइस तथा एकीकृत सर्किटों का निर्माण 1967 में प्रारंभ किया गया । पीसीबी निर्माणी सुविधा 1968 में स्थापित की गई ।
