शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Any Post Graduate
Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navartna Company and listed on Bombay and National Stock Exchanges, and India’s premier Professional Electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence, is looking for the competent personnel on permanent basis. The details of the vacancies are given below:
1. Post Name: Assistant Company Secretary (ACS) – EIII grade
2. No. of Post; 01
3. Pay Scale & CTC: 50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000 CTC: 14 lacs (approx.)
4. Minimum no. of years of relevant postqualification अनुभव as on 01.12.2021 4 years
5. Qualification: Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India
6. Relevant post-qualification अनुभव: The candidate should be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having at least 4 years post-qualification अनुभव in handling Corporate Secretarial Matters & should be well conversant with the provisions of Companies Act, SEBI & other allied Regulations, DPE guidelines etc. Candidates having relevant अनुभव in listed companies, PSUs and possessing law qualification will have added advantage. Must have good communication skills/analytical ability to handle Corporate Secretarial functions & should be able to assist the Company Secretary in discharging the relevant functions.
7. Relaxations: The age relaxation for OBC (NCL) candidates is 3 years over and above the upper age limit set for General (Unreserved) category. For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years relaxation in addition to the upper age limit set for the category.

Selection Procedure
1. Short listing of candidates will be carried out purely based on the information declared by candidates in the application form
2. List of candidates shortlisted for written test / interview / final selected for the above posts will be displayed in Careers section of www.bel-india.in
3. Short listing of candidates will be carried out purely based on the information declared by candidates in the application form. If at any further stage of selection, it is found that candidates have declared false information w.r.t. their credentials, BEL reserves the right to debar them at any stage of selection.
4. Selection will be through a Written Test for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria followed by an Interview, only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Test. Written test will be scheduled after COVID-19 situation improves in the Country.

1. भारत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स लिमिटेड (बीईएल) की स्थापना भारतीय रक्षा सेवाओं की विशिष्टीकृत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए 1954 में रक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन भारत सरकार द्वारा बेंगलूर, भारत में स्थापित की गई थी । वर्षों के दौरान, यह भारत और विदेश में विविध क्षेत्रों में ग्राहकों की ज़रूरतों को पूरा करते हुए बहु-उत्पाद, बहु-प्रौद्योगिकी, बहु-यूनिट वाली कंपनी के रूप में विकसित हुई है । बीईएल उन चुने हुए सरकारी क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों में है जिन्हें भारत सरकार द्वारा नवरत्न का दर्जा प्रदान किया गया है ।
वर्षों के दौरान हुआ बी ई एल का विकास और विविधीकरण इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स प्रौद्योगिकी जिसके साथ बी ई एल ने गति बनाए रखा है, में की गई उन्नति को प्रतिबिंबित करता है । 1956 में कुछेक संचार उपस्करों के निर्माण के साथ प्रारंभ करते हुए, बी ई एल ने 1961 में रिसीविंग वाल्व, 1962 में जर्मेनियम सेमीकंडक्टर और 1964 में आकाशवाणी के लिए रेडियो ट्रांसमीटर बनाना प्रारंभ किए।
1966 में, बी ई एल ने थलसेना और संस्थागत अनुसंधान व विकास हेतु एक रेडार निर्माणी सुविधा की स्थापना की जिसे वर्षों के दौरान पोषित किया गया । ट्रांसमीटिंग टयूब, सिलिकान डिवाइस तथा एकीकृत सर्किटों का निर्माण 1967 में प्रारंभ किया गया । पीसीबी निर्माणी सुविधा 1968 में स्थापित की गई ।
