शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Any Graduate
1. Position: Private Banker – Radiance Private
2. No of Posts: 20
3. Essential: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE
4. Desirable qualification: 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management , CFP, CFA or equivalent qualifications
5. Work अनुभव:
(i) Minimum 12 Years of relevant work अनुभव in financial services, Investment advisory or Private banking out of which minimum 8 Years of अनुभव is in Wealth Management or related profiles
(ii) Excellent knowledge of Private Banking products and services including Investments (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured products). Insurance (Life, Health, General), Banking Products (Assets as well as Liabilities), Trusts as well as advisory services etc.
(iii) Proven track record of high performance and bespoke relationship management
(iv) Excellent connections in the respective private banking markets
(v) Well-versed in terms of Banking regulations, and reforms and developments/changes across the Wealth Management business spectrum
6. Remuneration: Remuneration offered will be on Fixed वेतन basis depending on candidate’s qualifications, अनुभव, overall suitability, last drawn वेतन of the candidate and market benchmarks for the respective posts. Apart from the Fixed वेतन, selected candidate will be eligible for Performance Linked Variable Pay which will be over and above the Fixed वेतन but linked to the achievement of specific targets.
7. Nature of Employment: Contractual Engagement for a period of 5 years, with periodic performance review. The term of engagement may be extended at the option of the Bank.

Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on short listing and subsequent round of Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion and/or any other selection method.
1. Bank reserves the right to change (cancel/ modify/ add) any of the criteria, method of selection etc.
2. The Bank reserves its right to call candidates in a ratio, at its sole discretion, as per the Banks requirement.
3. Adequate candidates as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted based on their qualification, अनुभव and overall suitability for Interview. Most suitable candidates will be called for the selection process (GD/PI/any other selection method) and merely applying / being eligible for the post does not entitle the candidate to be invited for the selection process.
4. A candidate should qualify in all the processes of selection i.e. GD and/or PI and/or other selection method (as the case may be) and should be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent process.
5. In case more than one candidate scores the cut off marks (common mark at cut off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order.
6. Minimum Qualifying marks for UR/EWS Candidates shall be 60% of the Marks and for SC/ST/OBC/PWD Candidates, the same shall be 55% of the Marks. However the Bank, reserves the right to modify the Minimum Qualifying Marks at any stage.
7. Methodology for Selection: All India Basis
(i) The number of vacancies listed above is tentative only. The Bank at its discretion reserve the right to modify/add/reduce the vacancies/locations as per the business requirements, administrative considerations and/or performance of candidates in the selection process or any other circumstances.
आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)
चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. Last date for Online Registration of Application & Payment of fees: 27.01.2022
2. Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID and Contact Number. It should be kept active till completion of this recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for GD and/or interview and/or Selection Process on the registered Email ID. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/ her new email ID before applying Online.
3. Candidates need to upload their Bio-data while filling online application. Candidates are also required to upload their scanned photograph, signature and other documents related to their eligibility. Please refer to regarding scanning of photograph & signature.
4. Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application themselves as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible/ entertained. Prior to submission of the online application, candidates are advised to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. No change is permitted after clicking on SUBMIT button. Visually Impaired candidates will be responsible for getting the details filled in/carefully verifying, in the online application and ensuring that the same are correct prior to submission as no change is possible after submission.
5. The name of the candidate should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/ mark sheets. Any change/ alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
6. An online application which is incomplete in any respect and unsuccessful fee payment will not be considered as valid.
7. Candidates shall also be required to submit supporting documents such as DOB Proof, Graduation Certificate, Other Certifications, Category/PWD Certificate, अनुभव Letter, Document showing Break up of CTC, Latest वेतन Slip (e.g. November/December 2021), etc. at the time of submitting the online application form
8. Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply online much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection / inability / failure to log on to the website on account of heavy load on internet or website jam
9. Bank of Baroda does not assume any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of Bank of Baroda.
10. Candidates applying for the post of Sr. Relationship Manager have to choose the city/location from the list available at the time of submission of the application form.

बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा भारत का सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र का बैंक है। भारतीय स्टेट बैंक और पंजाब नैश्नल बैंक के बाद यह इस क्षेत्र का तीसरा सबसे बड़ा बैंक है। बैंऑब की कुल परिसंपत्ति 1785 अरब रू है, 3000 शाखाओं और कार्यालयों का तंत्र है और लगभग 1000+ एटीएम हैं। इसकी बैंकिंग सेवाओं में बैंकिंग उत्पाद और वित्तीय सेवाओं से लेकर कंपनीयों और फुटकर ग्राहकों को सेवाएं प्रदान करना है। बड़ौदा के महाराज सयाजीराव गाइकवाड़ तृतीय ने इस बैंक की स्थापना 20 जुलाई, 1908 को गुजरात के देशी राज्य बड़ौदा में की थी। इस बैंक का अन्य 13 प्रमुख वाणिज्यिक बैंको के साथ 19 जुलाई, 1969 को भारत सरकार द्वारा राष्ट्रीयकरण कर दिया गया।
