We are looking for motivated and अनुभवd professionals from fields such as software project management. instructional design, game design, graphics and UI design, UX design, Unity3D programming, video editing and 3 modelling to join our team. Positions are open for contract/ full time and work location is flexible. Research positions are also available in these areas.

4. Details of Job: We are looking for an अनुभवd Technical Project Manager with a high level of knowledge and अनुभव in blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability. You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams.

5. Qualification: 

a) Solid understanding of software development life cycle models

b) Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices

c) A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 8+ years of अनुभव as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. PMP preferred.

d) Prior अनुभव with Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.

e) अनुभव overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel.

f) Balanced business/technical background:

g) Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.

h) Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.

6. Skills Required: 

a) BA or BS or equivalent अनुभव is required; MA or MS is a plus

b) Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building

c) Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands

d) In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence

e) Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met

f) Solid understanding of and demonstrated अनुभव in using appropriate tools:

g) Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Greenhopper, Rally, VersionOne or equivalent

h) Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools

i) Excellent oral and written communications skills and अनुभव interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels.

j) Creative approach to problem-solving.
