1. Position: Technical Project Manager

3. Minimum Qualification:

(i) Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work अनुभव.

(ii) Extensive leadership अनुभव and strong teaming abilities.

(iii) Strong managerial अनुभव when it comes to both analytical thinking and problemsolving

(iv) Minimum three years management अनुभव in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers.

(v) Excellent time management and organizational skills

(vi) Any other certification would be a plus.

4. Minimum Requirements:

(i) Create Management , communication plan and Processes.

(ii) Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.

(iii) Participate in how the budget and staff are allocated for the project.

(iv) Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.

(v) Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

(vi) Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

(vii) Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

(viii) Researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options for each project

(ix) Ensuring all milestones in the project lifecycle are attained within stipulated periods

(x) Organizing regular team meetings, so that new challenges or constraints may come to light

(xi) Organizing workshops and training for people who need upskilling.
