5. Qualification: 

(i) Officers in the group ‘A’ of Organised Account Service who are empanelled for appointment as Director in the Central Government Ministeries/Department Or

(ii) Officers in other Group ‘A’ Central Service who are empanelled for appointment as Director in the Central Government and who have working अनुभव of at least three years in the field for Finance and Account Or

(iii) Officers serving in the State Government’s Finance Service drawing a Grade pay of Rs. 8700/- and above are eligible. c. Desirable: - I. Master’s Degree in Library Science; II. Training in Medical Librarianship III. अनुभवs of documentation work in a responsible capacity IV. Knowledge of Sanskrit and any Modern European Language other than English.
